Salesman was polite answered all my questions and concerns. He was very thorough with his calculations and measurements for my curved staircase.
Installers were punctual and worked efficiently to install my chairlift. They gave me an opportunity to try the lift and answered all my questions with clear instructions. They left their work area tidy.

Jamie was amazing when he came to tell us about the stairlift and how it works, and the installer’s were very helpful and professional. My dad loves the stairlift and feels very safe and secure when using it

Good product

I am not good on the computer, so forgive me my mistakes: Jamie was the 1st person we met. He measured and explained the stairlift to us, helped us decide on a payment method, arranged to have an electrician come and remove an old baseboard heater, called when our chairlif became available and scheduled an appointment for installation. He was SO WARM, KIND, INFORMATIVE, POLITE AND RESPECTFUL ... VERY PERSONABLE .So, 5 Stars there (more if possible.) THEN, Jeff and Joe came to install the lift. They, too, were WARM, KIND, POLITE, RESPECTFUL and explained how to operate the chairlift, making sure I knew how to operate it, using all the features and me giving it a trial run in front of them. So responsible. I must mention, too, that these GREAT GUYS went out of their way to help us move 2 heavy old armchairs of ours from the porch to our hallway on the second floor, prior to the installation of the chairlift. One might say this is nothing, but they helped a disabled old lady (me) and her older husband (my Gus, aged 75,) when we really needed a hand, our own sons wouldn't do it, YET THEY(Jeff & Joe,) DID THIS OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF THEIR OWN HEARTS . (sorry, I don't know where to find the exclamation marks on this laptop.) That is WELL ABOVE 5 stars, don't you agree? They deserve a raise or at least recognition etc. from you guys. (in some way, shape or form.)

Following our initial meeting & consultation regarding the stairlifts, “Ryan Drury”, the sales liaison for “Stanna Stairlifts” continued to follow up with me as I continued to procrastinate about installing the stairlifts until I was sure that we really needed them!

He would call me occasionally to remind me to call whenever we were ready. When it was finally evident after another health event that yes it was time, we made the final arrangements for the installation of both of the stairlifts.

We have two flights of stairs, one to the second floor & the bedrooms, & another to the cellar laundry room. While both flights are similar, it was the one to & out of the cellar that gave my wife the most trouble, particularly ascending. (I certainly couldn't let those stairs stop her from getting to & from the laundry!)

Ryan suggested that we go over the installation & the measurements once again & he had “Tony” come by & confirm the initial installation measurements. When he finished, & we were sure all was correct, I finally agreed to the installation.

On the set day & time, two of their installation techs, James & Eric called me to let me know that they were on their way & would soon arrive. In about 5 hours’ time, they were finished with the installation, & James gave my wife & I a review on the operation & use of the stairlifts. That was it, they completed the installation of both stairlifts, with no fuss or muss, & we started using them & have yet to stop!

Almost 2 weeks later now, & the Stanna-Stairlifts are proving to be exactly what we were hoping they would be, the relief of not having to worry about climbing or descending our two flights of stairs. It’s not an exaggeration to state that the 2 stairlifts will allow us to continue to live in our home of nearly 50 years!

Greg, our installer, was professional and knowledgeable about the product. He made the whole procedure easy. He answered all of our questions and explained what to due in the future if we had any questions or problems.

I had a few complaints and the company immediately sent out a rep within 3 days.
I appreciated the prompt response.

The installers were great. They were professional, very adept at their craft and the chairlift was installed in a timely manner. They were also courteous and answered every question to our satisfaction.
I would highly recommend Stannah Stairlifts USA to any one in need of a chairlift.

Your installers were very personable completed the installation quickly with minimum disruption to our activities.

I had a very good experience from the salesman, being very helpful and explained everything to me. The installer did a great job too. I'm extremely happy with my new stair lift and being able to get out of the house now.

After a week of using the lift, my mom and dad love it very much. They like it because its very easy to use. One thing I found the switch with LED light on handle kind of heats up when turned on. When turned off, the flashing light is kind of annoying.
