Paul was a very nice gentleman who stated the facts not a salesman Leo was an excellent installer who knew exactly how to get his job done more than efficiently. Life is difficult when you get older sooner than you expected and have difficulty with things once taken for granted of It is a pleasure sleeping back in bed and not a chair in the family room I also liked that it is still a family business My husband is still in a 70 year old family business that he is also proud to be a part of I get it

Kris Singh did an amazing job with the installation. He explained how to use the machine and how to troubleshoot.Great service !!!

Had difficulty with my Moms stair lift and made an appointment for a service call and received a call back in a few hours to learn a technician would arrive within 3 hrs which he did! Happily it was a tech that serviced the chair 3 years ago and he (Kris) was familiar with past services and immediately diagnosed the issue, replaced the needed parts and it was completed. Happy Mom and no stress. Appreciate the timely response and professional service.

Prompt scheduling
The truck was not marked as we live in an HOA and did not want to go through board approval process
Driver was neat and clean, got started promptly and done in 4-5 hours
Extremely neat and clean on completion and thourgh on operation of lift

Jamie Smith was my sales representative. He was very informative and pleasant to talk to. He listened to my concerns and answered them promptly. Kevin O'Brian was my installer. He was great. Took his time to make sure I understood how to work the lift. I would recommend this company for sure.

So easy to deal with. Removed and disposed of my old stair lift for free. So hassel free and staff were prompt and very helpful answering questions.

Fast install.

Installation was quick, overall cost was reasonable, the sales and installation personnel were professional and knowledgeable. The product was exactly as advertised and performed as described. The only issue I have identified so far is my wife's inability to lock down the unit at the top of the stairs making it hard to maneuver around it.

The Stannah experience was excellent from start to finish: charming, knowledgeable salesman; neat, smart installers; stairlift that looks good and works perfectly!!!

The installer Leo was fantastic made sure everything was good on the installation and that we knew what we were doing with it and so far we are very happy with it thank you

Install was on time and as discussed at sales meeting. We had questions that were answered promptly and to our satisfaction.

Dangerous! While at the top of the stairs, the controls are on the farthest arm of the chair. Leaning over the chair, to reach the controls, always makes me feel as if I'm going to fall down the stairs. Plus, several times, while at the top of the stairs, I accidentally pressed the footrest button. Thereafter, my foot slipped down the stairs. Plus, with the the loss of electricity, it is extremely difficult to reach behind the chair to shut it off and stop the beeping. Safety is very questionable -
