Everyone at Stannah was great to work with. The consultant that came to my house was so professional and knowledgeable. My contact at the company was very patient while I made decisions and the installer was very quick and thorough when installing and training on the unit.

The installer was great
The installer was on time and prompt in installing the stair lift. He was excellent in explaining the stair lift controls and took time to give a good tutorial to the primary user. The stair lift looks god, operates very smoothly, and is very quiet.
The only downside is that the selling agent did not provide the form for us to apply for the tax rebate on this needed piece of healt equipment (and we are still waiting).

The technician that installed the stairlift did an excellent job of explaining how the mechanism worked. Safety was paramount. My wife for whom the stairlift is for is very happy.

Patient, Professional and Pleasant Technician
Had difficulty with my Moms stair lift and made an appointment for a service call and received a call back in a few hours to learn a technician would arrive within 3 hrs which he did! Happily it was a tech that serviced the chair 3 years ago and he (Kris) was familiar with past services and immediately diagnosed the issue, replaced the needed parts and it was completed. Happy Mom and no stress. Appreciate the timely response and professional service.
