Money refund has not yet received.Got a mail saying it’s refunded to my ewallet . But it’s not available in ewallet. Now another complaint raised and another reference number. There is no end for this .

Its morethan a week now since i do an item exchange but till now no one collected it. Just today i received an sms saying that "Heya! We've received your return/exchange request. Our delivery executive will come to pick it up within next 5-7 days. What the actually hello!!! do i need to wait again for another 7days?
My first request they cancelled it with out my knowledge and they put again another request.
Your customer rep kept on telling sorry for the delay blah blah but till now no action and still my request god knows when the pick will be done.

The worst company in UAE ever!
Your order will never be delivered and if you try to cancel, you need to wait for the driver to call you and you will inform the driver! It’s ridiculous!
I waited one week and tried to cancel. But cannot! It’s trash!

they are scamming customers!!! after a week they cancel your order saying the product is not available but checking the status it was with the courier already!

Sun & Sands Online is an absolutely horrible place to purchase anything. Never buy anything from Sun & Sand Online. My Return ID number is AE02046569-863. My complaint number is 06557216.

On 18th November 2022, I placed a return request because the shoes I got were oversized. After putting in a return request nobody from sun and sands would give you a follow-up call. I had to follow up with the CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE on my own.

I kept requesting them to give me an approx time and day when somebody would come and pick up the delivery. The Chat Customer Service had no idea and all they kept telling was Soon.

I spoke to them 5 times and they kept telling me Soon somebody will pick and it is the responsibility of the courier company.

I asked them to give me the number of the courier company so I can coordinate with them. Sun & Sand Online customer support said they can't give the courier company's number.

On 25th November 2022, somebody gave me a call and told me I am coming to pick up. I told him I am in the office and to come back the next day. I call him the next day in the morning and he said he will call me when he is in my area. I wasted the whole day staying home just so I can return the purchase I made on Sun & Sand App. The courier guy never turned and then the following day when I call the courier guy, he tells me it was his day off and he won't be coming.

I again spoke to Sun & Sand Online customer service and they again gave me the standard template response "Somebody will get back to you soon".

If you ask Sun & Sand App, customer, service anything like
Q- "When would delivery be made?"
S&S Ans -Somebody will get back to you soon".
Q - When would you pick up the return?
S&S Ans -Somebody will get back to you soon.
Q- Can I drop off the purchase at your warehouse myself

Q- Please tell me the approx date and time products will be picked up

Q- It's been 10 days and nobody has come to pick up the products.

As of today 28/11/2022 (10 days from the day I put return request), I still have no idea when my return would be picked up and when would i get the proper shoes I paid for.

At a time when everything is Online and new companies like Amazon and Namshi are setting standards, a legacy company like Sun & Sand still doesn't understand its customer and online business. Forget bettering online e-commerce business, Sun & Sand Online is failing to achieve even half of what amazon and namshi are doing in terms of online e-commerce, delivery, and customer service. Please learn from your competitors.

If you put in the return of an order, it won't be picked up even on the 7th day and the refund for the product is only valid within a week.

It’s my mistake that I thought i can trust to buy a swimsuit which is non returnable from sun and sand sports online, because when I received a defective swimsuit they refused to exchange it .
It seems that all swimsuits that they couldn’t sell on shops because of any defects they selling it online as we can’t check before we buy it and all i got from customer service is apologies that my bad luck that I received a defective piece and they have nothing to do.

I wish I could post the screenshots I have for the answers of their customer representatives - the refund was not released because there’s no issue when clearly I have to get in touch with them because 1 item is missing just to know at the same time that the item was out of stock and will be refunded. And after the said timeframe no refund was received and only to get dumb answers like “ I DID NOT SAY I WILL ESCALATE IT “ kudos to Lamis from Customer Service such a shame to not making your customer feel secure about your work. If I could only give you negative rate.

Never expected this from SSS. ordered on 11th Nov, delivery was to be made within 4 days. Not received even after 10 days. Every day the status gets updated as out for delivery and then comes back to the hub. Requested a refund, was informed that it can be processed only after their invesgstion is over for which a time line is not given or I have to return the product.

Ordered and received a pair of Under Armour Flex pants and they were just like I saw them on the website, in terms of color and size. There was also a very catchy sale.

I will maybe change this to two stars if I get my package today. But for the amount of time I have used on 1 bloody football shirt is insane.

They say 1-3 business days. Fine. Order on Tuesday and choose the cash opportunity. I get a message that the package is out for delivery Thursday, but they arrive at 12 at my home address when I'm at work. I call the delivery guy and ask him to change it to my workplace if they arrive at this time Friday. He accepts. I call him two hours later and he confirms that the package will be delivered on Friday at my workplace. Surprise: I don't hear anything from anyone on Friday. Apparently, the guy from Thursday put in the wrong place... So when the Friday driver called he asked "Are you in the marina" and I said "no" and he immediately hung up. I called him again, asking why he hung up, and he just said that he didn't have time to bring it to my location. He then said that it would be delivered to my home address Saturday between 9-10am. Guess what? It's still not here. And guess why? because the first guy's vehicle is broken. That's what the said. He then asked me to contact customer service:

Nice people in the chatbot, but they can't give specific times, but just say "The right people will call you shortly". I don't wanna be kept waiting. I'm done with this company. When I get my package they will not get anything from me ever again, not even in their stores.

I have been waiting since more than 7 days they deduct money from my wallet and i did not receive my order and then i asked them from their chat customer sevice the answer is same "is it in investigation"
Now the money will be return (not sure) in my wallet againg i have to purchase their product because i can only purchase their product or it will get expire
And belive me i am not sure they will return or not the worst customer service the worst staff the worst managment

It's one of the worst applications they promote for discounts and promotions Once an expensive item on sale and you place an order immediately next day they tell you it's out of stock So I kept an item On my password for 3 days Yeah it wasn't out of a stock Once I order it become out of stock it's fake up wrong promotions Just for marketing purposes
The funniest thing is when I wrote review about thier app and how slow it is the replay comes as your phone is the problem 🤣 now that k write reviews about them everywhere found out they have the worst reviews all over online apps and websites , do management see that???

This people are wasting customer time and we already know the policy regarding your products

But bez issue in s&s Sport app from M size to L size selected and I called them twice and they are just fooling people by saying policy. you send me L size instead of M size... except your mistake and your wish you want to replace it to M size or not..

But review to you is very very bad services, communication, commitments and you all are crooks and frauds.

I ordered a shoe on 4 september 2021 now it's more than 1 year I did not got the refund. When I am contacting coustemer service they r always saying the same thing that they will return u as fast as possible now it's 1 year

I've had an unbelievably stressful time shopping here. Purchased a gift online (full price) received damaged - see photos. Their response? 'No refund allowed and rest assured the item hasn't been used'. Regardless, seal is broken and someone has definitely opened the product. The worst part of it all, when the delivery came, the driver stole an existing delivery on my doorstep. It has been 5 days and his phone has been off. SSS are not taking the matter seriously. The CCTV footage has been shared with the police. It has taken all of my time and energy to try and retrieve the parcel (which I paid extra to get next day delivery from the UK ahead of the weekend). Whole thing is a mess. They don't respond to calls or emails. Please do not shop with them.

Misleading customers! FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE! A BIG COMPANY WITH POOR QUALITY CONTROL! I was delivered two LEFT sides of my shoe order and my request to either return or purchase the right sides are REJECTED! sending you un-sincere apologies but obviously not making any efforts to rectify their mistake and put back the blame to their customers!!!
