My first experienced was great with the employees. Professional and handled the situation with politeness and discretion.

I cannot say the same with the head of the company. The most unsympathetic and obnoxious individual me and my friend had to endure for more than five minutes.

This person ignored requests, spoke absolute gibberish with an accent, Downright rude and condescending. The guy wouldn’t even take his shoes off and did not Stop to upsell his dismantling services until my friend shoved him a £10 bill.

And unpleasant being stalling the entire moving process talking bullshi concerns despite me giving him the reassurance.

Absolutely brutal with the furniture too. Told me to shut up and not tell him how to do his job yet have done everything with haste. This individual also wouldn’t stop mentioning that he has other jobs and at one point threatened to just leave.

I will not be using their services and I don’t recommend you do unless the anxiety and thrill of potential liability to damage on top of the already tedious process of moving is what you’re looking for .

SSK were great with helping us move from Wembley to Wimbledon. Despite England playing at Wembley Stadium and the closest road to our property being shut on move out day, Terry helped us move our furniture to his van over 700m away, with 10+ trips back and forth.

Also a great disassembling and reassembling service for a great price.

I called a couple of Man and Van transport providers including some renowned companies to move my household stuff from South London to East London. I liked the quotation from Mr Kumar of SSK Transport. He assured me that he wouldn't charge me more if there were any delays in the traffic. Today, the moving day a big Luton Van arrived with two helping hands, Mr Rajeev and Mr Saravanan. They helped me not only upload and download the stuff but also helped me pack some of the stuff that I forgot to do. The journey was smooth. I never find this excellent customer service from any Man and Van services in my life. They are above excellent.

Very good service, communication is quick and deliveries are always done without drama. Have used for deliveries to Yorkshire and even Faslane in Scotland. Most recent was Glasgow this month.
