Good prices. Saved about $10 over everyone else. Didn’t get a shipping confirmation for a few days, so I emailed the customer service. They answered right away and got it shipped that day.

As a store it is great, they sell cheap and they have a good inventory and they like that a lot but, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE is terrible and third world, please improve what many people want to buy with you.

Ordered camera but because of holiday nobody answered phone in office. When I contacted them via email they sent camera over weekend and called me Sunday afternoon to confirm. They even sent extra batterie for free. Camera was brand new and best price on the internet

I had an amazing experience shopping from SSE. I had purchased a camera lens from a different company and a week later they hadn’t even processed my order yet so I went and cancelled it. I found the same lens at a cheaper price at SSE and I had my new lens within the week. I will continue to shop from them. They also even asked for a signature to be required for me to pick it up. I know some might not like that but living in a remote area, it was reassuring for me.

As others said good luck getting ahold of someone to talk to and when you do they are beyond rude. I normally dont write bad reviews but this place is awful, did send what i ordered, it was just a complete cluster F

Ordered camera outfit and thought I paid through PayPal but I accidentally did not complete the transaction. Called 3 weeks later. SSephoto found the problem and they were able to expedite shipment. Received camera quickly. Thanks for great service!

Ordered the Nikon D850 and it arrived on time eventhough it clearly says COVID-19 may delay shipping. I called customer service and they responded immediately to answer my concerns.

I’ve had to cancel two orders with this company after never receiving the items nearly two months after placing my original orders. Good luck reaching their “customer service” department if you have questions. Do not order from SSE Photo Video. They will drag their feet on sending you the items you’ve PAID FOR, and that’s only if they ever bother sending them at all. Customer service is horrendous if you’re lucky to get a response from them. Trust me and the recent reviews and STAY AWAY. It’s not worth the hassle.

would not recommend this company, I placed two orders one on 6/28 and the another on 6/30 and today is 7/5 and I have not received my order nor a tracking number for my order. I have tried to call but no answer, I have received email correspondence but only to say that my order is still in process. I even asked for a estimated shipment date and they advised me that they could not commit. This is VERY poor customer service and a bad way to handle business. I would steer clear away from this company. I am highly disappointed.

I received a faulty product from SSE, they said I will have to pay for the return myself as I am at a new address. OK, fine. I sent it to them with the new address on the box and they then sent it on to the wrong address. I called them to explain the situation and they said that because whoever I spoke to failed to make a note of it, that it was now my problem. They also said they would be in contact, but I never heard from them again.

I made a purchase and was initially pleased with the product. I received an email asking to review my purchase and would receive a free 32gb sd card for doing so. It has been 3 months and I have yet to receive my free card. I have emailed seller twice to follow up and was assured it would be sent. Not here yet

This site offered amazing prices, they shipped on time. I ordered a camera lens for a Canon camera. The lens I received was for a Nikon camera. I double checked I ordered correctly and called the company. The voice message said please email. I emailed. Several days later I received an email saying please call. I had already called twice more while waiting for a response, and both times an automated message said please email. In short after two weeks of trying to exchange for the item I ordered, I was forced to contest the charge and return through that Avenue. I purchased from another company. In the end, I missed having the item on Christmas and was left feeling the prices they offer are in no way worth buying from them. What a hassle.

Bought a Gopro camera package. Included were the wrong size memory cards. No option to return just the cards in exchange for the correct size. I have the emails to show. Sent back everything and only got a partial refund. The claim was that some items were "not as good as new". Had I had the option to just return the cards I would have. I should have received a full refund period.
