I am an aspiring photographer and videographer. About two months ago, I purchased a lens for my Canon T6 Rebel to bridge the gap between the kit lenses. I purchased it from SSE through Sezzle which I'm very glad was given as a payment option. I live on the east coast and I'm aware that the company is east coast based; nevertheless I could not have been prepared for how fast my lens was delivered. From the time I finished placing the order, it took TWENTY-SEVEN HOURS for it to arrive on my doorstep. I'm sold on SSE!

I never received what I ordered. My money was taken and when I emailed them about it they said they “couldn’t find my order”. Won’t be buying from here again.

On my first order I never received a confirmation email, any shipment update, arrived randomly a month later and was missing an accessory but at least it was what I paid for.

Second Order was a bigger purchase. It was for a 4th of July event and I ordered it a whole 1-2 months before the event to make sure I had the drone. Order placed. Again no email confirmation, no updates at all, just ghost. After a month and a half that I started to get worried since the 4th was coming up. I tried calling and calling and calling and no one picks up. This is before COVID!. Then someone finally picks up and say “Oo yeah it’s out of stock” and I said but it said it was and you took my money. Sorry we will refund you the money bye. Didn’t give 2 F’s. Then the refund!!! It resulted in me having to call my bank to get my money back. I waited a whole two week for a “refund by them”. I got my money after the 4th and never again will I even touch this company.

I purchased a Nikon d3500 starter kit. I was contacted by SSE and informed that the battery that came with it didn’t have the longest life and suggested another battery that would last longer. They were right! Very happy they suggested the longer life battery!

I ordered a drone from them. They never shipped it and they didn't respond to emails or answer the phone when I called so I had to initiate a chargeback. Never got any communication. Don't spend your money here.

Second time ordering from SSE. Both times order was received promptly. Have no problems with ordering from them again in the future.

I would not buy from this company again. I verified that my item was "in stock, ready to be shipped" prior to purchase. I was lied to. No emails, no updates. 20 days later I called, after a huge run around, it was then going to ship "Friday or Monday". No drone, no email, no tracking, no update. Finally ten days later, I call again. "Oh yes, we have it, it will ship today......and it did. It took a month and 3 of 4 lies for them to get this for me. Keep in mind that this was a $1300 drone. I was twice refused a refund. Never again with these guys.

Ssephotovideo provided a smooth experience. Their price was competitive and after my package went missing in delivery, Ssephoto sent me a replacement rather than having me go through the frustrating experience of seeking a successful resolution with FedEx.

I bought my Mavic Pro Platinum drone from SSE, and for a small upcharge they set me up with a complete "everything you need" collection of cases, batteries, chargers, tablet mounts, extra props, etc. that allowed me to fully enjoy the new bird. The lense filters they sent didn't work with the drone, but it was not SSE's fault, as their supplier had shipped faulty lenses in incorrect packaging. When I contacted SSE they quickly corrected the error. Very nice customer service!

I live in Alaska and online shopping is challenging from the last frontier. I love SSE Photo Video as they never let me down. I always receive my orders within 3 days via FedEx and that is impressive. In the past year I probably ordered at least 6 times from them and spent thousands of dollars without regret.
I recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a DJI mini. It’s was shipped promptly and arrived as advertised. No problems and am very happy purchase. Will buy from again!

I placed an order for a two battery pack essential starter kit for the phantom for pro drone. Daughter was placed and we did a few days and it was never placed a delivery so I contacted them and they canceled the order without a reason so I placed another order for the same thing this time I got an email saying that the order was canceled. This time I contacted them, they said the reason behind cancellation was that they did not have the item anymore. That this item was a promotional item by DJI and they are not supplying them with anymore and he had no information on the new update of when they were going to have them in stock. I asked him why was it still on the website as being available they stated that they immediately removed it. As of today I can still see the item on multiple sites.

Ordered Ronin SC - Everything works great - had it shipped express - came a day late, but was most likely the couriers fault with Covid delaying shipping.
Very satisfied and would buy again from them as they had the best price.

Placed several orders with them, only issue was one order that they cancelled only weeks after it was supposed to have been delivered. Other orders turned out fine. Would have been 5 out of 5 if not for the issues with the one order.

Bought a drone as a gift two weeks before my childs birthday. 3 days before and almost 2 weeks later I called to make sure it shipped as I was never provided shipping info to track the package and I am told it was never shipped as they are out of stock. I understand things happen but a phone call or email describing a delay would have been helpful. I ended up having to call my bank to get my money back which took a couple more weeks. Not a good experience is the honest truth.
