I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service I received from Trish at SR Fax. While I have spoken with several customer service representatives in the past, none have been as dedicated, passionate, and genuinely concerned about helping me as Trish. I was struggling with a problem where a customer had been unable to fax referrals to me, and despite other reps being helpful, Trish went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

She didn’t just address my concern; she really dug deep into the situation. Trish spent a remarkable 45 minutes on the phone with me, carefully working through every possible angle and solution. It was clear that she was genuinely invested in fixing my problem, and I could feel her passion for her work every step of the way. But what truly set Trish apart was that she didn’t just solve the issue and leave it at that—she followed up with me several days later to ensure everything was running smoothly.

That level of care and dedication is extremely rare in customer service today, and it’s something I’ll never forget. Most reps seem to simply move on once the issue is addressed, but Trish demonstrated real commitment and ownership of the problem. She is a true asset to SR Fax, and in my opinion, she should be in charge of all customer service and relations. If she isn’t already, she absolutely should be—because no one takes customer satisfaction as seriously as Trish does.

Thank you Trish!! It was nice speaking with an actual person and getting the help and reassurance. I had to call today to update payment information and it was super easy! The website is easy to navigate but being reassured just made it so much better. I recommend SRFax, best and easiest to use to get faxes.

knowledgeable and friendly customer service

Our business has SRFax account. We changed address and got their address at new address. Their new address invoice shows balance carried over from old address but no HST charged. I spoke to billing as well as Manager but every one refused to provide correct invoice with HST breakdown showing my address. It’s very frustrating as their billing team prioritizes their convenience not client concerns.

Quick to great through, friendly service, and I was able to get 2 things sorted out right away - reducing my plan cost and ensuring recurring payments were set up. It was a great experience!

I have been an SR Fax customer for 6 months, now. It is rare that I need customer support. But, every time I have needed help it is a quick wait and I get a very helpful person, right away. Wow! Today, it was Tyler. He was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I am very pleased with my SR Fax account and the excellent customer support that is part of my subscription.

I called to find out how to view my fax sent with the cover letter I created. Felson answered all my questions and even showed me how to release my fax.
