Really happy with my experience with SPV Lights. The lights feel well made, were straightforward to install, and have been working really well so far. I also had a couple of questions about my order and the support team was friendly and helpful. Delivery was quick and everything arrived as expected. Overall, a very smooth experience and I’d happily recommend them.

I cannot unsubscribe from their emails. The unsubscribe link does not work. They have not responded when contacted them about this. I cannot log onto my accout without the corect password, but their system will not send me a password reset link.
Thank you for your response to my post. You want to look into the problem and ask for my details. if you give me your email address I will send them to you.

Still Spamming ....
Spamming them with the same review every day the same way they spam me with junk emails every day despite me asking them to stop.
Do not buy from this company.
Daily spam emails, obviously from a bot, always around the same time. I have unsubscribed and requested to be removed from mailing lists and it's just harassment. I have a file of all the emails which I report daily to the ICO as they are breaking the law.
The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) cover the sending of marketing emails. This legislation says that organisations must only send marketing emails to individuals if you have agreed to receive them, except where there is a clearly defined customer relationship.
They panicked once and removed me from the database because I posted this every day on every review site. Looks like two can play at spamming again. See you tomorrow.
*UPDATE: They have responded telling me that the most recent email I received was not a marketing email. Well what is an email advertising 40% off sale items etc etc if it is not a marketing email?? Don't worry, I'll keep posting every day until you stop breaking the law.

Following a recent purchase, our system automatically sends a review invitation asking customers to share feedback on their order. These review requests are handled separately from our marketing email system, which is why you received this contact despite having previously unsubscribed from marketing communications.

SPV Lights are the best for brightening up your garden at night.
SPV Lights are fabulous, unusual designs, effective and always work 100%, they have never let me down.
The customer service is excellent, they care about their customers and always put them first. If there is ever a problem with the product they replace them immediately.
I would highly recommend SPV Lights to make gardens brighter.

They expect you to pay return postage…
They expect you to pay return postage on faulty goods, which is completely incorrect as per Consumer Rights. In fourteen days time I will be filing Court Proceedings, this will undoubtedly wake them up and pay up when they see how straightforward a claim it is. Unfortunately for them, this will include all necessary costs, more than tripling the original purchase price. Most their items don't last the two year warranty. Purchase decent items elsewhere.

Love these lights
Love these lights. Best solar lights I’ve ever had. Iv wasted so much money on lights that don’t last long but these just keep going. Iv got them all around the garden. Perfect at night, Iv got a black dog and could never find her. Now the lights light up as she goes around the garden. I would definitely recommend to others. The only things I don’t like are the sticky pads that are supposed to hold them. Don’t bother with them.

You cannot unsubscribe from their constant daily emails. The link doesnt work and using the contact them link gets no response either. Have to resort to spam filtering them. Be warned once they have an email address they won't let go!

SPV Lights does not operate any affiliate programme with casino or gambling websites, and we do not send casino, gambling or “casino wins” emails.

Delivered on time and well packaged. Set up in sunny spot and left to charge up. Gives great illumination to garden area and provides security too. Good quality product at great price.
