Unable to contact customer service , bras arrived but totally unsuitable . I would not order again

Absolutely bloody disgusted with this company order 3 Brad on the 11 January 2023 still haven’t arrived nor have I had a reply from my email Facebook should do something about this as the are conning Facebook people I will never buy anything from Facebook again cos it would seem that I can’t trust them and I’ve lost my money that I couldn’t afford to lose so thanks for thre FALSE advertisement

What a joke!
I ‘supposedly’ bought a set of 3 bras from this company over a month ago which still haven’t arrived.The confirmation email I received with order number and order details had a contact email at the bottom which I emailed to enquire where they were but the email just bounced back! Then I found a contact email for Spuskey which I also contacted but no reply.
They have taken my money…….BAD SERVICE!
I should learn my lesson. Facebook advertising is bad news folks! 😡😡

Do not buy should have read reviews first. Bought a bra they have took the money but iv not recieced the goods tried to contact them by email a few times but no answer back . I payed on credit card so hopefully they will get me a full refund. Face book reviews are not real 😡😡

I ordered my items on 4 January they have taken my money out but I'm still waiting for delivery

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I swear this is a scam.
I bought 3 bras and gave my size correctly. They took 4 weeks to arrive. When they arrived I was so disappointed. The bras were VERY small.
I tried to contact the company with fb messages, several emails etc
With no response.
This company have taken my money. I paid in good faith.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Ordered from a FB ad. Big mistake! After three weeks, the package arrived with bras that are way too small and shabbily made. Nothing else in the package - no invoice, no bill, no return address, nothing. The only address on the outside label was tracked down to a delivery company in Ipswich. I tried to access the link they have in the confirmation email, but it demands a passcode which was never provided. I have just written my third request for a return and refund address to the only email they provide i.e the reply email address to the confirmation.
But after reading these reviews here, I assume I am wasting my time, and my money is gone.
Can you imagine what this "company" is making from all the people sending £30 of their hard earned money each time???

1 star is too much !! I received a pack of 3 bras , wrong colours sent also 2x one size and a 3rd completely different . 5 emails later and nothing . Complete waste of money , avoid them .

Oh dear. Should have read Trustpilot before ordering. No returns policy. Bras way too small. No answers to messages or email. I suggest all the comments on Facebook form "satisfied customers" are fake!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I’ve received no email to say my order has been accepted this is a scam. Facebook need to block.

Tbh, one star is too much. Ordered bras which were supposedly my usual size but they were way too small. Tried several email addresses which are given for their customer service contact, to arrange return, but all of them were not valid and emails were 'undeliverable'. My advice -AVOID - very close to being a scam sadly 😕

Based on other peoples reviews. Unfortunantly I ordered without looking on here first.

I ordered two tops over 3 weeks ago tried to contact customer service but of course no reply back.Absolutely waste of money.What a scam I will never buy anything that is being advertised on Facebook again.

Received the order, took longer to arrive, but please never order anything from them, the sizes are Chinese not UK sizes , they are too small, trying to email for refund but not getting any response, no customer service support, no return labels, wasted my money on 3 small sizes bra’s , totally scam company! Be warned Do Not order from this website!!!

I also should have checked here first. Haven't received my order , money has gone out of the bank and no response from emails.

Wish I had come here first. I did get some bras but totally useless. They deleted my account after I asked for return and refund.
Please please avoid like the plague.

I wish I had read reviews before placing my order. The sizing is much too small and the quality abysmal. I tried to delete the 1 star as I entered it by mistake but it wouldn't go away!

Giving them 1 star is very generous. Absolutely disgusting! Bought 3 bras that are way too small. Emailed 3 times about returning them and had no reply. I'm fuming!! How they are getting away with getting money out of people is shocking! Lesson learnt for me, never buy from Instagram or Facebook again!

Sizing nothing like UK sizes. Have applied by email 4 times for their Return and Refund procedures... NO REPLY

Disgusting business practice. Will report and complain to fb who are still allowing them to scam more people.

Rubbish product rubbish customer service. Bra s are not anywhere near the size I ordered and returns are impossible. This is a complete scam .
