Always the perfect gift. Everyone loves it!

I have purchased for friends and family, and have also received packages as well. Four times, to be exact. The last gift was a disappointment. The chicken rice soup had virtually no rice in it. I kept thinking when I got to the bottom of the container, that the rice might appear. And let me assure you there was not any other ingredient (like chicken), to offset the lack of rice.
The company told me that a complimentary container of soup could not be sent to me. (What???) What professional food company does not either reimburse or send a repeat of the bad product? I’m done with Spoonful of Comfort.

I have used Spoonful of Comfort many times now for both work and personal use. Every time the receiver raves about how beautiful the packaging is the how delicious the food is! And customer service has been top notch. Always delivered on time too. You can’t go wrong sending this to someone!

The selections of the soup are perfect. Some could be a bit healthier, less sodium, etc. But for the price and delivery is always on time. It's the perfect gift for loved ones, friends during any occasion.

The presentation is beautiful and thoughtful but the soup is watery, not filling at all especially for the price. It wouldn’t cost them much more to throw in extra noodles, rice etc. It’s very tasty but not a meal unless you eat all the rolls with it. PS, I’m a small female.

Very frustrated. My order was about one week late to be delivered to the family where I was sending it.It had to be thrown out. I have sent several emails and haven’t gotten an answer. I luckily charged it on my credit card. It is being investigated. I feel I will get a refund. Had I put it on my debit card, I would not get reimbursed. they offered to give me store credit with one e-mail. I said no. Hear we sit in limbo land.
