The response was prompt
The response was prompt. A technician was deputed to check the vehicle, which went very well. The offer price was accepted by me.
The promised amount was transferred (less 5K) immediately after vehicle handing over and agreement. The final payment was released within a couple of days after sale by Spinny.

I sold to spinny - twice
I sold my car to spinny a few months ago. The process of inspection, quotation, payment were all smooth. Information about sale from Spinny to end customer and registration status were all timely and proper
I went to Spinny especially because my experience of similarly selling my previous car 4 years ago was quite smooth.
Only slight discomfort was that they insisted that I should deliver the car same day - or the price would not hold. Left me with the impression that they were playing a psychological game to stop me from getting a better deal elsewhere.

Inspection was quick. Follow up was a bit difficult but could be managed. Transferred details of RC etc haven't been received till date- as promised. I'm not sure if the vehicle is still not sold out or if it is, then no communication received from your office. Thanks

Overall the process was smooth and the price I got for the vehicle was great. I have one recommendation though. I had to bring my car 2-3 times overall and each time I had to pay a parking fee worth ₹100. While it is not about this small amount, when we are dealing in lakhs, atleast free parking can be made available at spinny centres
