Thanks to spinny support team specially Mr Nishank to support the my RC transfer issue .Unfortunately the RC is still not getting transferred but Mr Nishank have tried through his legal team to issue a letter to R TO and traffic police Mumbai to take legally for the same

Refund Management, frontend vs backend team.
Although I faced issue with refund when I was in contact with only sales representative.. when I raised the issue to backend team via ticket section I got my full refund with 5 days without any deduction.

I purchased the car from Spinny but unfortunately before the RC transfer and insurance transfer the car met with an accident. Unfortunately the insurance company cannot afford the expenses for the repair. But Spinny supported me by sharing majority of my expenses to rebuilt my car.

The transaction was smooth. Right from inspection, reports, follow up and vehicle pickup the process was very good.
One thing to improve is the negotiation process. They initially offered far less price and every other day increased few thousands. It took far longer for them to give fair offer where we could proceed further.

Professional and Best Price
I compared all the available websites, car showrooms and exchange prices across all brands. Not one company could match Spinny. They had the most professional approach (it was time taking process but worth it) ensured the cash on my account before taking the car and made the remaining payment after sales. They are cheaters and paid me 20k less…
They are cheaters and paid me 20k less then promised value. They were fully aware during the sale transaction that my registration card was lost and I am soon travling abroad for work. But sales person, promised thay they have capable support team who will take care of these cases and asked me sign extra paperwork to reissue the rc card. However during transaction they hold on 20k saying that it will be released immediately after new registration card gets issued. No one contacted for 3-4 months NOR any RC card is received by my in-laws in India. Soon, They stopped responding to my queries over it. And then closed transaction saying that 20k will not be issued since registration card was not reissued since it need my presence (so called PESHI), when they were fully aware during sale transaction that I am not in India and traveling. So it was not my fault where they thought there team can take care of new card issue. Will never ever go back to them again.

Right from the time I told I want to sell my car Spinny has been very proactive , professional and prompt. Their evaluator was very thorough and knew what and how to check . As soon as the report was submitted they gave me a quote which I did not accept and they did honour my price. It was cleared within 45 mins and all papers were signed and taken. Got an information that the RC has been transferred

From the time of inspection to the time of payment it's excellent. After the sale is completed the name transfer is taking unduly long. Beyond an year. Also there's no intimation post sale. This is a critical area of concern.
