Do not purchase the speedtech wifi booster. They get you to purchase 2 boosters without realising then 4 weeks later the products arrive with USA plugs, you cannot connect to the website to link them to your router unless you have enough ethernet cable to go all around your property. They will add a 10% restocking fee to your order and charge for P+P back to Singapore £20 + restocking = for 2 boosters £30......I hope this has protected you from yet another filthy scammer

Nowhere in the promo did it mention a minimum of 2 WiFi enhancers came as a package so got all the way through payment thinking I’d got a good deal for £34 and they charged me for 2. Immediately contacted the support team who said there was nothing they could do but interestingly sent me my order 3 weeks later. Returned to America as directed by their support team (so £20+ Shipping fees) and still chasing them 3 months later for a refund, minus 20% to apparently fund the restocking for my original order

I took time before ordering x2 of those devices and nowhere did I come across this particular site for bad reviews...what a damn pity for me!!!

I ordered x2 devices cause of the so called promo on the 6th June 2021. On the 14th June, I sent support an email that I couldn't track any movement from the tracking site they emailed me. I also mentioned to support that no devices had yet been delivered (2 weeks later).

Support claimed it was delay of orders blah blah blah my post office, which is pure nonsense.

Today I write this because its now a month and 7days later, still nothing has arrived. But after reading what others have previously texted, I NO LONGER WANT those cheap plastic none working devices.

I've alerted my bank to request a refund on my behalf. And I sure do hope that works in my favour.

ITS A SCAMMMM. DO NOT FALL FOR THAT WEBSITE.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering .
As others found I could not get units to work .
Sent email them and told 48 /72 hour for a reply that was 15 days ago!!.
Found an address in Linlithgow ,Scotland EH49 PAP and just had the units returned today 10 th July by the postal authorities address unknown .
The only way to give a review was to give it one star .
ZERO STARS FOR PRODUCT AND SERVICE .

This is a SCAM, delivery is absolutely ridiculous, I think it went around the world before getting it.
The device is total rubbish, when I finally got it to work it was 75% slower than my router.
The best place for it is in the rubbish bin as the so called technical support is none existent, they don't have a clue.

After eventually arriving after 2 months and apparently sitting at my local post office for 4 weeks !!! Well an expensive piece of plastic - comes with uk adaptor which if moved millimeters power goes off. The wifi booster itself does not even connect to wifi so is worthless - DONT BOTHER NOT WORTH ANYTHING

Scam website. Accidentally ordered 2 units because of their misleading ordering process. Absolutely doesn’t work! When I tried to return, they said I would have to pay shipping plus a 10% restocking fee! Outrageous. I’m still trying to return my order and get the 100% guaranteed money back that they promise on their website. Do not order from these charlatans!

Scam site, bought a WiFi booster and immediately had my credit card used for 3 unauthorised transactions. Stay well clear.

After seeing an advert on the net I have ordered one wifi booster / speed increaser with 50 % off offer .. I have been charged 3 different transactions on different prise . Apparently I ordered 2 (which I haven’t) and also a life time warranty because I didn’t untick the box .? ?
After Several emails and 3 weeks later my wifi boosters has arrived .. absolutely nothing like I was expecting.. looked and felt cheap.! Took a while to set up as I had to make sure that I was doing the right thing and set up over and over again as it did NOT make any difference whatsoever.! This is a scam and product they give you is absolutely rubbish … Do Not Buy! Also they made very difficult to refund as they do charge restock fee and postage .! Never heard suck a thing before .!
Completely waste of time and money!!

Ordered last May 13, 2021 and until now no item was delivered. No feedback or update on my order also. Terrible.

Paid for a WiFi booster still waiting 3 weeks & not even started to ship it yet. Very bad sent emails no reply.

do not use them, site will get you to buy more than you need, p&p is hidden until checkout which is a silly amount of money and do not not expect your purchase to turn up soon, ordered a week ago and still waiting.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!!
