I had lost the hope of getting my cartier glasses fixed, probably after accidentally dropping them. Scoured the web to find replacements but then, I found Kashan's SpecsatHome through the google search engine, based right here in the East London UK. Very calm and professional gentleman. He replaced my lenses and did an excellent job for a reasonable price that took him less than 5 days instead of the original 12 days waiting time. What a star he is....My cartier is back to live. ORDER #2581 I sent an email to your company on the same day that I placed an order. I advised you to send the item to Portugal instead of Australia. Now it is on its way to Australia and I am only back in Australia on the 14/6/25.
The item cannot be received and will be sent back to the UK.pathetic !

I came to SpecsAtHome because I needed to get a replacement frame to repair a broken pair of glasses, and they had the closest pairs I could find. One pair was a perfect fit, and meant I didn't have to throw a pair away. Unfortunately the second pair came with a loose arm, likely a manufacturing defect. But fortunately this issue was sorted out in an instant when I reported it and enquired about a refund. Kashan gave me a call and was very helpful, I explained the issue and he refunded the cost straight away. Excellent service, I'll definitely check SpecsAtHome again when I need a new pair of glasses!

I purchased a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses online from Specs at Home. Unfortunately the supplier had deleted the particular model from the range but Kashan who dealt with my purchase went above and beyond to help me in every way he could to find a replacement.

I found his approach both friendly, professional and helpful, even calling me to discuss my requirements.

This a genuine and trustworthy company which sadly rare in today’s world, and I thank the staff for such a professional and positive experience.

One side piece came away from the main frame after only two weeks. My optician had to repair them. Has happened again since then.

Brilliant Brilliant service. Thankyou. Ordered the Frames on Wednesday evening. Decided I needed an extra pair added to the order on Thursday morning. Phoned the company - no bother at all to do this. Frames posted on Thursday evening and a photo taken of same to let me know it was on its way. Frames delivered on Friday.
Follow up text on Saturday to check that all was OK with the frames etc.

I am a very satisfied customer. I had prescription sunglasses made by Kashan. He answered all my queries patiently and thoroughly although all the exchanges were by phone (I live in Liverpool). He spent more time explaining the different options than the average high street optician. I also ordered some frames which were delivered in record speed.
