This is the second time I have purchased frames from Kashan and both times he has been very helpful, friendly and efficient. Excellent company to work with, highly recommend.

I am a very satisfied customer. I had prescription sunglasses made by Kashan. He answered all my queries patiently and thoroughly although all the exchanges were by phone (I live in Liverpool). He spent more time explaining the different options than the average high street optician. I also ordered some frames which were delivered in record speed. I would have no hesitation in dealing with him again.

Very rare these days to receive excellent customer service especially from an online retailer.The website and options for glasses and lenses is well laid out.The prices are very good .Order went smoothly and my glasses arrived so quickly I thought Concorde had been used. The only way an order could be completed so quickly is by a human being making a special effort in processing.
