We had a fantastic holiday in Menorca, all booked with the fantastic team at Broads in Mere Green, special thanks to Bev and Andrea who have kept this branch going on there own with one person sometimes, and we was shocked to hear the loss of Sue who also was part of this great team.

As usual Bev and her colleagues in Mere Green did a great job from the ease of booking right through to a return home.

We really enjoyed the Norwegian Fiords Cruise on Ventura. Despite her age she is a friendly and comfortable ship with staff that are ever helpful. The restaurant staff and food were excellent with choice to suite everyone. We were not able to take the varicose excursions but were able to get off at every port and enjoy the local environment.. disappointing that the stop at Stavanger was on Sunday when everywhere was closed. Our mini suite was ideal for our disability requirements. Now looking forward to our next cruise in 2027. Thanks Andrea and all at Broads for your help.

We were lured into this Riviera 7-night cruise on the "Thomas Hardy" by an advertisement board outside Spears in Helmsley.
As always, Stacey gave us excellent advice, guided us through the possibilities and booked the Eurostar and TGV for us, answering our many questions with patience and good humour.
The result was a fantastic holiday - and we're looking at booking another one in the near future.

We stayed at Hotel Wawel, Krakow. Everything about the experience was fantastic, all of our excursions were amazing and all the information I needed was all organised in a handy booklet I was sent, this contained screenshots of Google maps routes I could take to get to each pick up location. If I needed anything at all throughout my time in Poland, all I had to do was email, and a response would be sent within minutes. They keep you updated with all the key information and make the whole process effortless. Thank you Spear Travel.

Bev managed to find us a room and hotel that marched all our requests. The overall experience was brilliant, and commication was excellent.

We booked our Honeymoon through the Helmsley branch with the great help and advice from Gail. We had a fabulous 7 nights in Norway, doing the 'Norway in a Nutshell' tour. It was a great mix of what Norway has to offer, covering Olso, Flam and Bergen. The tour takes you via train, short cruise and bus. Although our bus section was diverted due to flooded road! This was efficiently resolved with no issues and an extra bonus with another trip on the Flam Railway! Amazing views! Definitely recommend. Thank you so much Gail!

My first solo travel this year, which made it extremely helpful to have things sorted.

The team at the Broads Travel branch on Sutton Coldfield of the Spears Travels Group have again excelled themselves on putting together at short notice a cultural tour of the lesser visited Balkan countries with a tour provider and a few add ons. Thank you to Bev, Sue and Andrea who all helped in making this happen.

What a stress free experience. From our initial enquiry to collecting our tickets and boarding cards from Jed and the team everything went like clockwork. We knew we had all we needed for our holiday. Thank you all.

Just got back last night from a week in Sorrento, with Riviera travel, booked by Selina at Spears travel. Really good week, busy week but still plenty of downtime. No problem with anything, all went according to plan, the e- gate experience was even straight forward, ten minute wait in the queue but went straight through. Certainly would recommend Spears and I will definitely use them again.

I have booked with spear in the past and found them amazing. As traveling with a 4 year old I trust a travel agent to take care of everything rather than trying to do this myself and make mistakes, so I traveled from Norfolk to Upminster to do this. Abby was amazing and spend lots of time finding the best location,hotel and flights and booked it then and there. From then on the service was appalling. My phone calls where not returned, tickets where supposed to be sent out to Norfolk but never arrived so I had to drive back to Upminster to collect them as they only text messaged details which could not be printed . ( I am old fashioned and like paper version ) when I called with some concerns re hotel I was promised a return call to confirm if the issues would affect our stay but never received . Lastly this is more an issue with the airline I think but we received a text message 24hrs after we had landed back in the uk to say our return flight would be delayed . It would have been nice to have received this before the event as we could have prepared better when traveling with a small child late at night .

We had an enjoyable and well organised holiday. Everything went smoothly. The day before we flew we travelled to Heathrow and stayed in a hotel. Spears organised this, contacting the hotel on our behalf and making the booking. The staff are extremely helpful and will always go the extra mile to make your holiday special.

This was our first time abroad as a family, so we were a little nervous. Jed recommended Ukino Palmaris to us, and we couldn't be happier with his recommendation.

We had to move another holiday we had planned, and that was no trouble for the Spears team either. Selena advised us on where to go for our travel insurance, whilst Jed also helped us with currency.

Selena was also able to arrange us a private transfer, with only a week to go until our departure. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, and we would have no hesitation recommending them.

We have booked another two holidays and will be booking more through Spears, as a result of this really positive experience.

I booked a river cruise for a special occasion. Alesha at Spears Northallerton branch was extremely knowledgable & helpful with every detail.
Unfortunately just before we were due to start our holiday unforeseen circumstances meant we had to cancel.
Again in our moment of need Alesha was fantastic & managed the process with us.
I would highly recommend the Spears team & look forward to rescheduling our holiday with them again.
