After receiving an email saying my…
After receiving an email saying my claim would not be paid. I rang and was told a mistake had been made, and I would receive full payment of £60 straight away. I then waited and no payment went into my account. I rang again on Monday28th September and was told you still had not made a payment, but I should receive within the next few days. I have checked today 30th September I finally I have received my £60. I feel I should have received an apology for the wrong email sent saying I could not claim
