Disappointed …
I have been really happy with sovereign health up to the last claim I put in. I now have private dental care. I pay just over £20 per month. Which when I joined I thought it would be fine as SH would pay half back as it is dentistry. Oh no it doesn’t cover that. Same old insurance companies will find a loophole not to pay out. The operator on the phone was very polite no complaints there. not her fault. So now I’m paying SH just in case I have to have a filling they will contribute to that. Now I pay SH and den plan can’t win. 🤦♀️🤷🏻♀️

Hi Linda, we appreciate you sharing your recent experience with us and we're sorry to see you're disappointed with the outcome of your recent dental claim. Unfortunately claims for denplan or other dental schemes are not covered under the policy, and this is detailed in your policy terms and conditions. We ask that customers do check the terms of their cover before paying for treatment or contact us for more info.
Please remember your policy does cover many other health care benefits, including optical, physio, chiropody etc - not just dental treatment.
