Purchased garden table and chairs first seen in local garden centre but Southwood price good nit cheaper with free delivery so ordered from them on line. Order system was very user friendly and subsequent communication great. Only took few days to arrive and again delivery communication and actual delivery were excellent.

I made a mistake when ordering online. However, the Garden Centre was able to rectify my problem over the telephone. Delivery was prompt and the driver very courteous and helpful once again great service from a superb little Garden Centre.

This was my first time using this company. I found the product (a solar bird bath) online at a very reasonable price from Southwood Garden Centre so ordered it. It arrived very quickly and was very well packaged. No hesitation in recommending Southwood. Will use again.

From the start this was very easy, unfortunately when delivered the courier had damaged my bbq, I was offered a replacement immediately! Southwood could not be more helpful, rember old fashioned customer service? Southwood have it in spades, I canot praise them enough. 10 stars!
