After browsing on line for a garden ornament for a birthday gift, I came across the Brushed Gold Finish Large Buddha Head, on Google which directed me to the Southwood Garden Centre, the ornament was exactly the item I was looking for, at a good price. The item arrived extremely fast and very well packaged to protect the contents. I can’t wait to give this to my sister tomorrow with her other gifts, she will love it!! I also received a thankyou email from this family run small business, with a code for money off my next purchase, excellent customer service. Thank you, I will be back to shop again.

You know some retailers really just want your money and dont care about the service they give so what a breath of fresh air ,,,,had a problem with an order but they solved it before it became and issue well done

Product was perfect for my greenman conifer hedge

I ordered a couple of water saving pots to add to the ones I had bought some time ago. These pots had a clip on base which held the water. Unfortuntely one of the pots was missing its base. I emailed Southwood asking if they could find the part as it may have just fallen off. They came back to me straight away (within 10 minutes) and sent their staff off to look for the part. Unfortunately they could not find it. Southwood gave me an immediate refund of the problem pot and did not need me to send it back. Brilliant customer service. Highly recommend them and will be back.

My go to place at this time.of year, large range of autumnal / halloween (and soon Christmas) items and there is always something new you haven't seen before.
Staff go out of their way to help and are always pleasant.

A quick and easy ordering process. Within an hour of placing an order I received a telephone call to arrange a delivery of the furniture. We received our delivery within the timescales given. Overall it was a lovely company to deal with, easy ordering with super friendly staff. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent customer service

I bought a bird bath from this garden centre in June, and unfortunately, after just three months it developed a crack and the pump stopped working.

I contacted them expecting perhaps some advice on where I could purchase a replacement pump, but I was absolutely delighted with their response. Within an hour they had replied and confirmed that a complete replacement would be dispatched — no questions asked.

I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently they dealt with the problem. Things can occasionally go wrong with products, but it’s how a company handles an issue that really matters, and in this case their customer service was excellent.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again. Thank you for such brilliant service!
