The company I worked for, recently acquired a new office and needed to purchase new video conference tools for the meeting rooms as soon as possible. Responsive, helpful, great quality service. I was in the market for a speakerphone but wasn't sure which model would be most appropriate for my use case. When I called SourceIT, the man I spoke to on the phone asked me a few clarifying questions to understand my specific use case and recommended the right product for me. This saved me a lot of time. Customer service can be improved. They also didn't do due diligence and one of my items wasn't delivered to me. They had to make their driver go all the way back for just an item because of their mistake. Perhaps checking it properly before delivery can save time

Sourcit had exactly what I wanted, great advice and service
Sourcit had exactly what I wanted, made ordering easy and had a lot of videos of the product in action.
For me this was important as I was paying SGD 500 plus for a monitor arm.
The staff were great, provided helpful advice and guided me where I had issues ( I needed a special adaptor for my monitor).
I would definitely use them again.
Service and delivery was fast (even when I gave the wrong postcode).
