I placed an order for a Lenovo monitor. However, after making payment I was informed that the item was out of stock. That was disappointing, as the item was not listed as out of stock on the website. I was given the option of a refund or wait for next shipment. I opted to wait. 2 weeks later I am still waiting.....

Late Delivery
Order arrived and the product was great, however the delivery was late. In addition, there was a lack of communication about the status of my order. I do not mind if there is a delay, provided that it is disclosed and given an estimated time frame. I hope this part can be improved upon in the future.

Item show as available online are out of stock. After 2 days of checking bought another item. Needs 2 days wait for self collection. Customer service is slow. But price is cheaper then others.

Long process and unnecessary communication with troubled CS

Updated: Self collection made, took slightly more than 2 weeks. Revised to 2 stars, cant really say the whole experience is good. Mutually, it will be the 1st and the last transaction.

Great Shopping Experience with Room for Improvement
The website is easy to use, and my order arrived on time. However, when an item I wanted was sold out under pre-order (approximately 4-6 weeks), the store did not update the availability promptly. Despite this, they suggested good alternative products, which was helpful.

Horrible whatsapp communication
Communications regarding my order (after my purchase) through Whatsapp were ATROCIOUS. Unresponsive and no follow up until I called and emailed. No receipt / invoice until I emailed to ask for it a week later.
Communications throughout were terrible throughout the whole process.
