Like so many i fell for the trap . A free T-Shirt just pay postage . I received the shirt and thought that was it , WRONG . Not quiet a month later i get nailed $67 dollars for with no explanation and so far no response from them . I immediately contacted my CU and canceled my card . Absolutely disgusting business , please stay away .

Rip off. I was offered a free t-shirt for s&h costs only. I did receive the shirt but then on my debit card a $67 charge showed up. There was no obvious explanation that this was going to occur. Very underhanded, sneaky and criminal.

Have been trying to stop charges of 67.00 per month for over 3 months , unable to contact them in anyway that I know of. Tried phone and email , charges still keep coming . Will have to call my card company to stop payments.Total Fraudulent company!!!

The products are good. But nowhere does it tell you that this will be a recurring $67 a month charge that I CANNOT AFFORD! I only wanted that one thing. I don't know what they are up to ... I have called to cancel. I will come back and report if they do cancel me. Meanwhile I have notified my bank.

They got my credit card and starting charging me $67 month for nothing. I did not sign up for any services!!
Called them but no one there to answer the phone or call back. Stopped payments with credit card and only got one of 3 payments back. Rip off service.

Charging $67 a month and I am receiving nothing. They don't answer the phone ever. They say leave my information they will get back in two business days, but don't. They also say that people can contact by email but but they give email so that it can not be understood. DO NOT USE THIS SPAM COMPANY!

Back in September 2025 I bought a knife on a Tactical USA web site, it was from SOS self defense tool. I found out thay placed me on a subscription for $67 a month that I never authorized and there wasnt anything on the website I used about a subscription. I called the customer service of SOS in September when I noticed the charge . Thay said it would be csncled and my money would be refunded and it wasnt. Thay kept charging me $67 a month till December when my bank said I was in overdraft and I couldnt buy my much needed insulin. After several E mails and my bank filing fraud charges i got one E Mail saying that thay cancled my so called subscription and would refund me one payment of $67 not 4 like thay stole from me. Its January 2026 now and i still have not received anything from them yet.
After September I never got anything from them at all. No E mails no links sent to me no products sent to me or any attempt to contact me. And thay will not answer the phone or any E Mails or messages I have sent them. I have tried numerous times to contact them about this and no response. I suggest writing a letter to the BBB like I had my lawer do and he is now in the prosses of filing a lawsuit. Thay have a blog on there web site saying thay do everything to help out people with disabilities and thay dont. Im legally blind and thay have done nothing to help me. by saying there links and websites about there subscription prosess is clearly marked and its not. This is a vary bad business practice!!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM SOS SELF DEFENSE TOOL THSY WILL LIE TO YOU AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

I ordered something, paid the shipping, then two weeks later they charged me $67.00 just like has happened to others. My CC company is going to block charges from these thieves going forward.

Rinse and repeat! SSRDD! Same s#!t review different day! Ordered a couple of knives for S&H, and now, two weeks later, my bank is calling about fraudulent activity on my account of $67.00, of which I denied the charge. I am hoping they do not try to charge it again! Also, as others, I called, got the AI message to leave a message to stay in que. Left the information! We will see what happens. C'mon guys! This is not the way you do business! Not cool!

I ordered a knife from the Fight Fast and it arrived and was of good quality. The issue is with their linkage with SOSDefenceTools, which is a scam. They opt you in automatically to a subscription service, with no notification or notice. They begin charging the cc that you provided Fight Fast, to the tune of $57/month. If you do not catch this on your cc startements right away, it can add up to hundreds of dollars, of which they will only refund the last month of charge. I unfortunately fell for this twice now due to my extensive travel and other distractions that did not allow me to catch this quickly. In my most recent experience with them they sent me an email response showing me the programs and value that I was sub subscribed to, with another program option. This is a new attempt to look lefit. If you go to their website it is a mere shell of a website with minor other company advertising on it. I am pursuing legal and governmental agency action on this situation, as well as my cc fraud department. Stay away from this company and watch carefully for any auto-opt-in flags before you order.

TERRIBLE!! Ordered a "free" tactical knife that was $9.95 for shipping. Did not know I was signing up for a useless $67.00 membership. Trying to reach out to the company is a joke!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS AND OUTDOORZEES

UPDATE- I have since received an email from the company stating they are refunding my $67.

You offered a survival knife for free just pay shipping of $12. Then you set up a reoccurring withdraw of $67. I don't agree with this i want the $67. Refunded and future withdrawals canceled immediately

I had a feeling they were a scam but didn't check reviews in advance. I figured they would take my money and not send the "free items" but they shipped the items that were expected and later charged my card for $67.00 Fortunately the credit card company stopped the charges but will have to cancel the card and issue a new one. I'll review other charges to make sure they didn't slip something else through.

These guys are nothing but scammers that will bleed you bank accounts.....stay away !!!

Exactly what other people are saying here, TOTAL SCAMMERS. Ordered an item supposedly for the cost of shipping and handling, got the item, but next month my wife sees a charge from this company for $67, and I did not order anything! Usually pretty good about seeing add-ons that are hidden, but they do an absolutely good job of hiding this subscription that they plan on charging you from now until eternity, or unless you discover it. They must use invisible ink for this supposed subscription. TOTAL, TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. And beware there are more just like them. I found the hard way nothing is free for the price of shipping. Beware the invisible add-ons!

These people are SCAMMERS! I ordered an ax and just pay shipping and handling and for the last 3 months they have charged me for a subscription I specifically opted out of. You can't get anyone on the phone and they don't return your calls or emails. You have to literally cancel your card and start over bc of these garbage scamming people.

I made a first time order in April 2025 and on May 10 I was mysteriously charged $67.00 and never received an order confirmation, because I didn't order anything! Called their # and they're conveniently closed on weekends and give you 2 business days to reply, if you call again your put back in the que for 2 more business days. SCAMMERS!

I paid $12 shipping for a small axe. I got it, no problem. Then for the last 5 months, I’ve been getting charged $57 every month for some subscription that I never signed up for. On top of that, I have called over 20 times, left messages and sent emails to try and cancel it and get a refund, with no luck. Do not fall for this scam.
