Lovely products. Really pleased with the quality of what I have received. Delivery took about 2-3 weeks longer than stated and no communication to let me know there was a delay. I had to chase. I think if there is a delay the customer should be informed without them having to check out what is going on.

First time purchase from Soren's House. Items arrived very quickly, beautifully packaged. I hadn't appreciated their mission until i read the card that came with my items. I feel the shop beautifully represents their values and mission. Low/non tox quality items for children. Will happily buy again.

I had a pretty straightforward experience with Soren’s House where I placed an order, everything arrived super fast and in a great condition. I don’t have any experience with their customer service. They stock most of our favorite brands so I’ll be a returning customer for sure especially since it’s an independent store with a focus on natural materials and ethical toys.

What stood out more than the clothing i adore was the impeccable customer service I received when I needed assistance with an order.

Ordered 2 items with expected delivery of around 4 weeks on the 7th February…it has now been 24 weeks and still no sign of delivery. I have emailed/called to no response however they have responded on Instagram saying there is a delay and they will get back to me but still I have heard nothing.
The item is still for sale on their website with suggested delivery of up to 4 weeks which is so unfair to anybody else who orders it if it’s going to take over half a year to arrive!

The item arrived well packaged and in good condition! I was quite happy with my Miffy Keychain! It did arrive in the time stated so I'd say the shop is good!

Placed an order for a very expensive changing table 10 weeks ago and it has not arrived after the company promised that it would be arriving countless times and dragged me along. My baby is now due and I have no changing table. I am starting to wonder if this is a fake company who has now taken my money and won't provide my order. Really disappointed and should have ordered the item directly from the company who makes it instead of using this company which seems like a scam! The worst service and I do not recommend getting anything from them!! I have had to follow up every week instead of them keeping me updated - this is no way to run a business!

I placed an order on 28 April 2024 and am yet to receive the order. I have followed up on over 20 occasions and the team have been extremely unhelpful. Stay away from this store at all costs - would not recommend this to anyone

Placed an order for a roll of wallpaper on the 24th March, wasn’t contacted until the 3rd of April to say the paper now wouldn’t be printed until the 26th April but would be delivered at the very latest on the 29th. This wallpaper is for my baby’s room, who is due this week & still yet to arrive, no further communication or dispatch email. Have tried contacting via email & Instagram with no reply so no idea if it’s going to actually arrive at all never mind before the baby arrives. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all, customer service is none existent after they have your money.
