Timely, Professional, Educational.

When researching the internet for a hospital bed for my husband, February 2024, I came across Sondercare. It was truly an amazing find because I knew my husband would be depressed to find the typical hospital bed in our living room when he arrived home from the hospital. The bed has all the functions of a hospital bed PLUS. This at a touch of a button. The pleasant and comfortable look is truly a bonus.

I called to inquire about the bed. This was my first contact with Seyar. His professionalism, kind and compassionate manner confirmed I was making the right decision for my husband and my home.

The installation went very smoothly even though I have stairs leading into the house. Seyar and his colleague were also very willing to accommodate rearranging a few pieces of furniture to place the bed in the best spot.

The mattress is extremely comfortable and when required the safety railings are easy to use. This can be extremely helpful should you have back issues. An additional bonus was that my husband did not get a pressure sore as he did in the hospital.

When it was time to remove the bed, once again Seyar made all the arrangements and everything was seamless. Seyar and his colleague arranged our furniture back to the original location

I sincerely recommend the Sondercare bed with their professional, knowledgeable and caring representation.

Chad was fantastic. We had to move the bed from one room to another at the facility and then from the facility to our home. He was also the one that delivered and set up the first time. He was always cheerful and had a great attitude. The bed itself is fantastic.

It was delivered on time, and they helped the ladies who care for my brother how to use the bed. They said the delivery men were very nice and respectful and answered all their questions. I would recommend SonderCare if you need a quality bed for your loved one.

Delivery was on time. Both installers,Bryan and Carl, were courteous ,efficient and knowledgeable about bed and the controls. Totally happy with the job they did.
Haven’t used the bed yet but can already tell that is exactly what we wanted. Engineering and style are both in abundance in this product. Could not be more satisfied.

professional assembly in a timely manner

My brother and sister were worried that a hospital bed in our moms house would upset them but they taken it well. They love that it is higher quality than insurance beds and helps us out taking care of her.
