Wonderful experience with the tax return, thanks Linda!
My girlfriend filed the tax return form with SoPay but she forgot to put her bank account information on the form. Fortunatelly she tool a picture of the form, then we sent an email with the picture, and Linda gave us prompt response and she helped us address the issue. We feel Linda is a very kind, responsible person and very appreciate her wonderful work.

upon contacting SolPay, it took two days for a response to my email address and Francois (customer service agent) was able to provide instructions that I needed to complete another form and submit additional information for the payment to be processed. Just hoping that it comes through in the time frame (4-7 working days). Thanks Francois.

The merchant at the retailer messed up…
The merchant at the retailer messed up my passport number. I emailed them and they were so responsive and also gave me daily updates on my tax refund forms/case. I have worked with others, but I never heard back or even had a real person attend to me. Thank you so much SolPay!
