Solarframes under job number 11935 replaced our old polycarbonate roof for a brand new one with a skylight panel. This included the back doors. It’s absolutely fantastic and I’m so happy with the workmanship and they kept to the schedule which was great. This was a very large conservatory and complex roof but seemed no issue for the company. With the recent heatwave I can confirm that it is so much cooler than it ever was in the summer. No longer do we need to keep our internal doors closed to keep out the heat it used to generate. All the fitters and contractors were fantastic and the project manager Kat kept me informed throughout. Had a phone call everyday to say what to expect next and ensure I was happy. 100% recommend the company and changing that old roof for the new type.

Solar frame are not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for. Excellent customer service. Totally professional and first class installers and even a couple of snags were dealt with easily and headache free. Cant recommend them enough.

From the very first phone call asking for a quote the customer service was100%. All staff who we came into contact with were brilliant . Saj, Richard and Steff, and also Connor the liaison officer to mention a few. The fitting of windows and door were done with precision and no mess. Well done SolarFrame and thank you .

We shopped about to get new windows and doors and thought we would pay the extra and try this company as they was the most expensive. Anyway got measured up and got the order in come installation day the main lounge window was to big and they got a saw out to it.. Every year since we have had to have each and everyone of the window handles replaced as we haven’t been able to open them at some point. 6 years in and th front door we discovered they hadn’t fitted the weather board correctly was done further enough and hadn’t drilled holes properly for the drainage and water was coming into the house ended up with mould everywhere. 10 year’s warranty is a joke they didn’t put any air vents the windows either when I questioned it thy said it’s not the law to do that!! Even though most companies have them… Avoid them like the plague…

Work completed in a timely manner. Very clean and tidy work and polite tradesmen.

Once I made contact seems moved in a proper manner. Door is really good, pricely is I said so however, no complaint so far.

We have had a large side extension planned and built by Solarframe. We felt SolarFrames were the company that could deliver our build after visiting both the Kirkstall and Rotherham show sites. Both sites have a lovely range of conservatories, windows and doors that allow you to see the finished products. Everyone from SolarFrame was attentive and knowledgeable which gave us confidence to go ahead as it was a big investment on our part. The designer visited us at home and helped us visualise the project and from then on we had regular updates and timeframes. The planning process was taken care of and all went smoothly. The design of the build and the quality of the windows and brickwork is excellent. We see many admiring glances as they walk by the house so we would definitely recommend SolarFrames to others.

We weren’t pushed by Gareth to make a decision, he was very informative and very pleasant to deal with.

The updates I received were helpful and the installation was arranged very quickly. The delay was actually my fault as, I ordered integral blinds for my patio doors.

The installation team were brilliant, they just got on with the job to a high standard.

Our house is old and we weren’t sure if, they would come up against any problems. However, nothing phased them when taking the old windows out and putting the new ones in.

Connor kept in touch throughout the installation, and afterwards to make sure we were happy with the service and the final result.

All in all, we received a top quality service and would highly recommend Solar Frame.

Really impressed with SolarFrame - excellent communication from the start, work was carried out when we were told it would be (there were a couple of slight changes but these were communicated & agreed by us) and our conservatory has been fitted to a high standard. There was a slight issue with the electrics, however this was quickly sorted by the electricians.
Shout out to fitters Adam & Connor, electrician Ryan, plasterer Carl and of course to our co-ordinator Kat. Thanks everyone!
