Fully recommend Phil at Software solutions. Completely genuine guy who fixed son's xbox one, and his laptop. Phil did all the work in super quick time and was open and honest re the possible problems. The price for the work as very very reasonable.

Last week I gave Phil my laptop which had various problems. I handed it in in the afternoon and it was ready for collection first thing the next day. Not only did he resolve the issues, he also upgraded Microsoft, installed a firewall, cleaned the laptop etc. And to top it he charged me less than the original quote! Brilliant service.

Took my desk top computer in because it was running so slow. phil put a new ssd drive ,sorted out the wiring which was in a bit of a mess, also went through the system to sort out any problems. I am writing this review on the machine and boy has it speeded up. I can say if you have a problem with your computer take it to him. he knows what he is talking about and is very fair with his prices.09

Been using Software solutions for years, Phil is very patient and understanding towards computer illiterate people like me. Went today with a problem it took me longer to explain it than it did for him to repair it! Great firm would recommend it.

Went to software solutions as a new customer with my pc as I wanted to upgrade the power supply. Phil advised us that the case should be upgraded to allow for better airflow. We bought the case and came back back phil who went above and beyond to put everything from the old into the new case. We had a power surge at home which knocked out the graphics card. I took it into Phil’s shop and he immediately found the fault, repaired it and had my PC up and working within the hour. I have used Software Solutions before and, as usual, excellent service. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer for years Phil has always looked after me, having decided my lap top was giving up the ghost I went in with the intention of buying a new one Phil showed me a reconditioned one which was half the price,but then he showed me another hewas doing up for a customer half the price again l had mine done a few hours my laptop is transformed amazing speed like new thanks didn't try to push a dearer one would recommend to every one.

I visited Phil recently with an old laptop that was slower than a snail and had so many faults that I thought it was scrap.
I listened to really good advice from Phil and decided to leave my laptop in his very capable hands.
I received a call 2 days later to let me know the laptop was now ready…whaw, speedy is an understatement and what a job! It’s now very fast and so clean, it’s like a new machine again.

I have spent a few months trying to find out what was causing random computer crashes and finally decided to take it to Software Solutions for a professional fix. Phil then looked at my gaming rig and within seconds successfully identified the cause! He's replaced a part and performed extensive stress tests to confirm it was resolved (and obviously it was) and also maximised my pc performance settings.
Phil was very professional and patient the whole time and I will surely go back in the future if/when I have any other issues, and I highly recommend his services. 5* service!
