Fast turnaround and effective fix.

My PC was completely fried after the stress of moving twice, plus some previous build errors. These guys fixed it perfectly within two days and not only sent an uber to pick it up, but sent one top deliver it back too!

Aamir from geeks call out was very friendly and helpful. My pc issue was resolved and thanks to his advice resulted in a free upgrade with amazon due to their warranty. I got my pc back within a couple days. Aamir was communicating every step of the way and let me know how it was going. Great experience. Very grateful for the help.

I called Geek Callout for help with my laptop. They were polite, helpful, and explained clearly how they work, what they do, and the fees upfront.

Given my time constraints with teaching the next day, I needed a quick turnaround. They arranged for a courier to collect my laptop and kept me updated throughout the process, even sending photos during the repair so I could see what was being done.

They assessed and returned the laptop by the next day. Communication was excellent — responsive, clear, and not pushy. I appreciated that they encouraged me to ask questions and do my own research if I was unsure.

I sent my laptop to Geeks Callout on the Sunday evening.
Their communication was consistent and polite, the delivery system was easy and they quickly diagnosed my problem and within two days they had replaced the faulty components and sent my laptop back to me in full working order.
I would recommend this service to anyone who needs their computer fixed quickly.

My laptop was on its last legs with a battery that would not charge and a broken lid/screen to boot! I called Geeks Callout and they sent a courier to pick up my laptop the same day. As well as diagnosing and fixing the problems, they gave me regular updates and had the laptop returned within the week. Would've been a day earlier but I had an unrelated issue with my bank to sort out before I could pay Geeks Callout for the work.

Aamir replaced the screen on my laptop after I had dropped it. The process of diagnosing and picking up the laptop was very efficient, it took a bit longer to get the right part than expected due to Easter weekend, but laptop was returned fully functioning after I'd thought it might be unsalvageable so very happy. I was confused by how they could arrange pickup from anywhere in London in 15 minutes but it's using Uber Business which works very well, means pickup/delivery is very easy! Would definitely use Geeks Callout again.

Crisis overcome by great service / phone call - pc picked up 10 minutes later / few hours later / they phoned to say it was repaired - good payment link / pc delivered- 10 hours overall - all working again! Brilliant!
