These clothes are poorly made, sizing is all wrong and customer service sucks. Do NOT in any way buy anything from this company.

I ordered 3 of the ice scrapers. They all showed up busted! Horrible packing! Also took over 6 weeks to get. When I asked for a refund they said they would give me $7 compared to the $29 I spent. Do not order from them! Total rip off!!

It is definitely a scam organization. Save your money. Pants I ordered were so small that I didn’t even try them on. They won’t return your emails nor will they send a return label. SCAM!!

I ordered photo flash drives on 1/5/23. I have yet to receive them. The are “allegedly” sitting in a warehouse waiting to ship? I’ve emailed the company many times! I get an email response to be patient ?? This is a scam - I will be reporting them to the bank and Better Business Bureau as well as making a police report . Ordered from a “secure” Facebook ad.

Same as everyone else’s reviews. This company is a scam!! Order the pants that are tiny and been fighting with them for months to get a credit. I know now that I’m not getting a credit so I try to report them on any site I can find them on. Lesson learned ☹️

I can not give this product a worse review. If I could give negative stars I would.

PRODUCT: it is terribly made and feels incredibly cheep. The pictures don't really show how poor the quality is. But, when you have it in your hands you can immediately tell it is a very low quality material and craftsmanship. Plus, they dont even stretch the way they make it appear in the pictures.

SERVICE: The worst part is the customer service. Upon contacting them asking for an exchange, I was told "But as our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order. So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others?" I have spent over a week and numerous attempts to have them explain why they are not honoring the policy clearly explained on this page. The policy that stats the following is a total lie and basically false advertising.

Looking back, there are so many scams that are being applied to this product. The sale never ends despite how they make it look. The reviews dont have any date on them, so who knows when they were made.

In summary, NEVER EVER buy anything from this company. It's a scam and you will be disappointed.

Same exact issue as everyone else here. What a scam! Pants are super tiny. They refuse to give return address, explain that it’s costly, offering only 5 to compensate and then give to someone else. Reported to back as fraudsters.

Ordered the stretch pants and they are tiny. They won’t give you a return address or refund. Don’t trust this site. It’s not a true size and you can’t return the items. They just told me to give them as a gift to someone they fit. It’s a scam. Don’t order anything from them.

I ordered 3 pants the size should have been 42-46 cost 23.95 per pants. I measured pants fully stretched was size 40. Way smaller than advertised. Emailed several time finally agreed to refund as sending them back would be very costly- thought I was buying from USA not the case needs to go back to china. GAVE ME 5 DOLLARS BACK- NO ANSWER TO WHERE IS THE REST. Paid with Pay Pal put in for a case against them. Will be ok with eating cost of shipping and tax just want purchase price back. Will be donating pants to a shelter.

I purchased pants for a total of $73+ and when they came in I was quite excited until I held them up and was shocked that their plus size was Canada's petite size. My estimate would be approximately 27" waist/ size 2-3. When contacting the business about returning them because they were too small she advised me that they would not except the return but would reimburse me a whopping $9 stating that I could find someone to give them to or resale. After a dozen emails and getting nowhere I have decided to let my financial institution to do what they can and to flag this business on a growing list that is shared between banks and credit card companies. It's really sad that people are setting up businesses online and have NO values or respect for those customers that took a chance and bought merchandise from them.

I’m super disappointed. The sizes were not accurate. And when I asked them to correct the issue they refused. May I suggest that you steer clear of buying anything for this organization.
I so wish I would have been given this fair warning.

I order and paid $14.99 EXTRA for 7 day shipping that was 15DAYS ago and still have not received that package , the pants have just arrived to US customs , and they don’t respond to reimbursing the extra money I paid for 7 day shipping after multiple emails. It’s terrible that they would want a bad review over $14.99 or more ship the package as promised. This is not a way to do repeat business.

They are the worse company ever. I have sent several emails trying to find out how to return a product and all they do is avoid the question.

This company is a SCAM. I ordered the glass repair resin kit and did receive the whole kit. Now fighting to get a return address so I can return the product but instead they offer me a $2 USD refund when I don't accept, they bump it up to $4 USD. After 10 emails, they still have not provided the return address.

Don't buy from this company. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I'm going to be more cautious next time I buy something off Facebook.

I spent $170 back in July 22 it's now January 23 I paid Insurance emailed back and forth they just kept telling me to be patient. the last email I sent them I said enough now, they haven't responded I'm going to send them another one today. That will b a total of 6. I think they are big time SCAMMERS.

I sent this email to their support team at snow-grass.com and realize today that I was definitely scammed!

"As you will see in the email below, I paid an additional Express Shipping fee for $9.99 which guaranteed delivery no later than 12/13/22. Needless to say, my daughter didn't have this present to open on Christmas Day!

I have 2 complaints;
1.) My package was delivered on 12/31/22, therefore, I want my $9.99 returned to me since YOU LIED about Express Shipping!
2.) The total charge for this item was $34.04, which I agreed to pay expect I was unaware of the $.70 insurance fee that I didn't agree to pay. However, you charged by checking account $40.85. That's $6.81 to much!
3.) I want back the difference of $6.81, $9.99 and $.70 which totals $17.50!"

Their support team responded with this:
"The additional charge was made due to system error.（6.81USD）
We credited this back to your original account. Please kindly wait 3-7 business days for the confirmation message from the bank. And this product is not free shipping, so you need to pay the freight, the freight can't be returned."

I responded, “You wouldn’t have refunded it had I not brought it to your attention. THAT’S SCAMMING ME! I still should be refunded the amount of shipping I paid for express delivery. I paid extra to receive the product in 7-12 days. This is where I was cheated, because the product was not received in the expedited manner as promised. You are the one that committed FRAUD against me by not guaranteeing your express delivery date before 12/13/22 to which I paid extra. Therefore, I am entitled a refund on my shipping charges. This is unacceptable! I am still not satisfied that you stole my money. THAT'S FALSE ADVERTISING!"

(I hate I didn't do research after seeing their product on my Facebook line feed!)
