complete scam - nothing but a roll of green felt. no seeds, not biodegradable. In, fact, it killed any grass it happened to be covering, but at least it made a nice home for ants to build their homes beneath it smh. The website doesnt even exist any more, so there was no other way to demand a refund.

Deceptive advertising and then non delivery of product. Ordered Bike LED lights from them on 5/6/23 as they alleged product made in the USA. Well, turns out the credit card transaction took place in the UK and the product allegedly shipped from Italy and worse, product never received. Just contested the charges with my credit card company. Stay away from this vendor.

Total scam. Shipped product without enough postage to cover shipping. Post office returned the product to Snow-Grass and they refuse to refund my money. I paid for shipping and insurance and because this company did not paid enough to cover the shipping I am now out the entire pruchase price. This is what these guys said to me:
1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund.
If I pick either one I end up losing money. Complete dishonest company, Deceptive business

They sold me felt. I spent $19.99, they told me they would refund me $2! Misadvertising!!! Do NOT BUY

Bought grass seed ROLL and cost me £16. Was sent a swatch off green felt . Contacted company and was told if it didnt please to give to a friend ????. Emailed to return and get a refund but got no response . Payed through paypall and was refunded right away . Feel so stupid now as i didnt do my homework . Please dont use this company for anything as i have learned a valuable lesson 😡

Order this and must be a scam because it is regular green felt. Nothing at all to do with growing grass!!

Ordered sheets that were supposed to make grass grow without the use of additional seed and they 100% sent me strips of green felt. Plain green felt. The images of the product online looked like it could be legit but as I was unpackaging it, it came with zero instructions and had each strip individually wrapped. So odd. Item is no longer on their website either. Do not buy from this company - I fell for what I can only assume were fake online reviews when it popped up in my social media feed.

Comes from Europe? In plastic sleeves. No grass after five days of good sun and ample water? This felt grass sheets suck. Not happy.

Yes, I fell for their ad for rolls of grass that will sprout. It took almost a month to get here. I didn't know the company was in China. I tried to cancel right away but they said they had shipped already. I even paid the 3-7 day shipping. I found out from them that was for them to ship it out faster. It cost me over $67 to return their felt back to them. It shows rolls of grass fabric not green felt. They didn't even send me the .7 feet by 10 feet. It was not even 8 feet. Don't fall for this company. When you send product back it's sent to Blue Heat Trading Co LTD. Thank God I paid with PayPal. They were nice enough to help me pay for the shipping. The reviews on their video must be fake because the reviews here feel the same way I do about this company. What a waste of time and money.

I ordered Women’s Large and needed to exchange these unbelievably tiny pants for a larger size, and my request was refused. In fact, the company suggested I give the pants to a friend. What!?!

The worst experience ever. The item I ordered was completely different from the advertised item. Additionally, I paid more than expected due to hidden fees. There is no common sense from the seller when trying to deal with this issue. They won't return the item or give me a refund. Very disappointed.

The dress I ordered is NOT what I ordered. It's false advertising and should be reported to the government consumer department for false advertising

I put an order in on 29-12-2022. I have been in continual contact with a computer that insists on telling me my shipping code. I continue to inform them that the code in not recognised and that I want a refund.
There is no customer service from Snow Grass, I really feel that this is a scam and that they should be closed down.

The “dress” I received from Snow Grass is terrible!! It is not the right size, very flimsy and unwearable.
Do NOT buy anything from this supposed company.

Bought stoppers for doors under name "distceinthe" which payment came up for snow grass. Overcharged $5+. Emailed to ask why different amount pending from final sale invoice was given an app to butvemail to chat with cust service that did not work. Contact bank to stop payment who state they cannot while pending. This firm pops up in Google ads regularly, now using other names.
