HUGE SCAM
I went to the free "dinner" on 2/4/19. What a joke. I was told there would be a meal, I was told there would be free gifts and I was told that I would learn all I needed to know at this "dinner". That was not the case. I never received the gifts, after 2 hours there still was no sign of the meal and NOT ONE PERSON even offered me a glass of water. I went for to the "dinner" at 5:30 p.m. and left at about 8:00 p.m. When I left there was still no sign of the promised "dinner" that turned out to be a cold sandwich and some chips according to some friends of mine that stayed. This was one of the biggest waste of time that I have experienced. The infomercial that prompted me to attend was nothing but a 30 minute long lie. the only reason they have you there is to sell you a ticket to a 3 day seminar for about $1000.00.

I am so sorry the free dinner did not meet your expectations and that it was served later than expected. Most people come to the free event for the training. I hope in the 2 1/2 hours that you were there, you were able to gain one item that was beneficial. This program is not for everyone and it does take hard work and dedication to be successful. We teach and motivate and give everyone the opportunity and then allow you to make the decision on what is best for your future. This was not for you and we understand. We wish you the best at what ever you chose to do.

This event was very informative. I learned a lot from Wayne on real estate and flipping houses and I'm looking forward to the real estate training on February 15th. I also enjoyed the financial presentation and gathered a wealth of information from Steven. Unfortunately I could not sign up for the class but hope to do so at another time.
