Great service by Nathan and Ramone, very professional and pleasant to deal with.
Incredible work ethic and so much pride no hesitation to recommend.
I dropped a heavy Ninja grill whilst drying it and it slipped and caught the edge of the work top and took a chunk out of it. My husband contacted snag doctor and they arranged to attend the property the following week.
Can’t fault the workmanship from Ramone, such a wonderful chap who takes great care and pride in his work.
If you have any doubts about using this company don’t I couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Henry is incredibly professional and personable and has done an amazing job in repairing some outside brick work. His honesty does him credit but he clearly cares about the work he does. I would highly recommend him.

The driver of van ending xxc seems to think it's appropriate to drive at 39 in a 30 on the b1206 in Hibaldstow at 0743 on the 11th July. If Road law violations occur what other rules or regs will this person violate? Food for thought.

Dropped a bread board and made a large hole in a wood patterned ceramic floor tile . After the repair you cannot even see where the damage was .Luke was absolutely amazing .

Well how delighted was I today when the Ercol frame that went to be restored was returned. After being badly chewed by my whippet when he was a puppy, I never thought it would ever look the same again. Ricky, senior technician at Snag Doctor did his magic and you would never know it had ever been damaged. A big thank you Ricky for all your work and care put into restoring my late father's chair frame to its former glory!

The customer service was really impressive throughout. The technician who sorted our kitchen worktop out was friendly, polite and she did a great job.

We contacted Snag Doctor regarding a crack in our granite worktop. They responded very quickly (within minutes) asking us to send in a photo of the damage. Again we got a response very quickly to say that they could repair and gave a quote. Quote accepted and a date arranged for the work to be done.
The technician arrived within the time given and started the repair straight away he didn't even have a hot drink. All told he was here for about 2.5 hours and at the end gave us instructons to leave the area for 24 hours to dry. As for the job we are very happy with the result a job well done. We are over the moon with our oak table repair. We had white heat mark damage on an oak lacquered table, non of which can now be seen. We thoroughly recommend Mark from Snag Doctor (Worcester).

Dave has just finished a repair on a cracked shower tray and it’s unbelievable you wouldn’t ever know there was a crack there in the first place! Would highly recommend!

Stephen was very professional when faced with a difficult repair. He worked hard and did his absolute best to leave my cupboard in a much better state than before. It’s not an invisible mend but it’s close enough! He was respectful of my property, removing his shoes and clearing everything up after the job was completed.

Excellent repair to remove a deep mark on a wooden floor

Had SnagDoctor north west spray up our garage door which had seen better days to say the least! Transformed from a green door with lots of chipped paint … to an anthracite grey and looks so much better than it did before. I am absolutely made up with it and saved us a fortune on a new door! Would recommend.. professional service from start to finish.

The technician arrived on time and repaired our outside window cill after a previous repair not done by Snag doctor had failed, he did such a great job the repair is completely invisible and it looks like a new window.
