I booked a repair for my table and paid the invoice. The workman did not show up, I had to chase the booking and I was told he would come out later that day and again he did not show. I was given a third appointment on a different day and again he did not show giving an excuse that his van had broken down. I asked for a refund so I could find another service and did not get my money back and had to retrieve this through my bank, appalling - AVOID!!!

Had 3 damaged areas on bath repaired at cost of nearly £300. First appointment Ben turned up 3 hours late so was not working in daylight. Had to make another appointment as further equipment was needed. Again, they arrived much later than arranged - again it was dark and he was working in artificial light. Ben explained that he needed to get a lift as he had lost his licence. I should have cancelled the job. However I went ahead. Soon afterwards, the areas treated lost their lacquered appearance and are discoloured. I have fully observed the advice to use the correct cleaning solution on the bath. Tried on numerous occasions to ring Joanne but no reply. I rang from a different phone and she answered. Sent photos as requested but she has not been back in touch. I definitely would not recommend this company. They take your money and then ignore you.

I contacted this company to request assistance with respect to an issue with cracks in marble floor tiles and I was given quite the run around. I was contacted the day I sent pictures to say it looked like I had a problem with subsidence. I asked my builder to review as anticipated no such evidence. I reported back as I felt it was ridiculous as no cracks in the walls. I was advised someone would get back to me . Three calls later still no response. After waiting 7 days I called back to be told to get the tiles replaced! As a business owner myself with 25 staff I was not impressed with the quality of service and I feel the claims that they can repair natural stone surfaces dubious to say the least. Would recommend using another company. With the time and effort I have spent chasing the company I could have simply contacted a tiler. A misleading expensive lesson learned

I am not sure where all of the 5* reviews have come from because this company is most certainly not a 5* company. I sent them £276 just over 6 weeks ago. They failed to turn up on the agreed date and I have been chasing them ever since for my money back and I have still not received it. Avoid this company at all costs!

Had a disaster with marble kitchen work top vs oven pride! Nick was the only one who said something can be done, the result far outweighed my expectations and I would say its definately 90% improvement- worktop saved! Thanks Nick, saved me a home insurance claim there! 👍

We’ve just had Nick from Magic Nick repair four gouges in our newly laid laminate floor and the result is perfect. You cannot see where the damage was. We would highly recommend him for any repair work.

I dropped something on my new laminate floor had a bad chip right on the edge did not think it would be fixable but the repair is that good you can’t even see where the chip was

Needed a repair to a hole in the bath tub. Excellent work and unless you knew, you would not know there had been a hole there. Very professional service and competitive prices. Would definitely use again if needed and would recommend to anyone needing repairs. Thank you so much.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick and his team to rectify damage caused by the installation of new windows and doors. The original installation process had been extremely stressful and had caused significant damage to our property, both inside and out.

However, Nick was fantastic from the start. He listened carefully to our concerns and understood the frustration we felt from previous workmen who had made the situation worse. Nick reassured us that the damage would be fixed to our satisfaction, and he delivered on that promise. The quality of work was outstanding, and I couldn’t even tell that there had been any damage.

We had a huge hole in a tile following an underfloor heating repair (repairer wouldn’t fix the tile). We were sure we were going to need to spend thousands on a new floor but then found Magic Nick on Google. All we can say is WOW!!! Was absolutely flabbergasted how good Nick was able to make the hole, and in just 90 mins or so. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending!
