Josh explained the procedure and carried out all repairs to our outdoor porcelain tiled patio they now look new he took his time no rush and ensured we were happy with finished result before packing away needless to say we are very happy with all process and workmanship and would highly recommend

I recently requested Snagdoctor to repair a badly cracked sink in my en-suite. I had tried to repair it myself a few times which made it worse. A great job was done by their very professional technician who was very friendly and informative regarding aftercare. Very impressed with the company from booking the repair to getting the job done. The technician we had, Mark, was just absolutely lovely. He was patient when I was caught up in traffic, he kept everything so clean, and was so precise in his work. He stayed a lot longer than expected to ensure the correct colour was matched.
The overall experience of the company was great. They replied to emails quickly and managed to get me a slot asap. I would definitely recommend😊

Burn in quartz worktop, yesterday the 12th May a guy came from Snag Doctor to remove a burn from a pan from our quartz worktop, how brilliant he was burn gone, I would recommend this company to anyone, polite honest service from beginning to end, thank you all so much, I am now very happy with results.
