OMG wish I had seen these reviews before giving three different card details! They are obviously a fake company as had no email repsonse

Order cancelled for no good reason. Do not buy from there.

placed and order and received an email to say my order has been cancelled. please be aware, does not seem a genuine company.

Same as everyone else,payment pending,sent an email and no response,I also think it's a scam and I have had to cancel my card just in case .

I can only echo others, this site are not to be trusted.

Placed an order which 45 minutes later was 'canceled' because my card was declined supposedly. I stupidly thought I might have entered my card details incorrectly, so I placed the order again. It was only after this that I did some digging and found these reviews. I sent them an email to cancel the order but surprise surprise got no reply.

I then contacted my bank who told me that they hadn't even attempted to take payment - suggesting they're simply collecting card details possibly to sell on the black market.

The reviews on another review site seem to be moderated by the website themselves, therefore they can choose to only publish positive reviews - which are quite possibly fictitious anyway.

Same experience as other reviewers!. I blocked my credit card.

All very odd. Ordered a book and put in payment info. No confirmation email received, so I checked Trustpilot and saw the reviews! I sent the company an email (to the address on their website, which was given for cancellations) asking them to cancel the order and confirm, but that email has come back undeliverable with "no such user here". Like the reviewers below, I've decided to block my card as a precaution. I would suggest finding another retailer in order to avoid having to go through the process we've all gone through to protect our payment details.

Do not buy anything from this website. You will never receive! Same as everyone else.

Placed an order which was then cancelled. Placed another because I thought it was my card and then had that cancelled too. A week later received an email saying both orders had been 'dispatched'. No response, website down for maintenance and then ended up getting my card blocked so they couldn't take any money.

AVOID!!!

Placed my order and checked back a couple of days later, it stated that my order had been cancelled so I placed it again, it done the same again then both changed to processed a few days later. I then received an email saying my items were dispatched with missing delivery date and time.
I’ve sent multiple emails and had no response, I’ve also tried to fill out the online contact form which doesn’t work, now apparently my log in details don’t exist.
Luckily no money came out of my account but I regret ordering as they now have my bank details.

Same as others. Bank details taken on website, however nothing left my account, and I also received emails saying awaiting dispatch, but weeks later have received nothing. Contacted my bank as I'm worried they have my card details. Seems very dodgy to me.

V bad, same as other folk, cheap books ordered one put in bank details. No confirmation email. Checked order said cancelled. They sent very dodgy email saying delivery on (with no date). Now web site doesn’t quite exist. No payment taken but they have my bank details!

Same as others. Placed order - email received saying out of stock so order cancelled - then an email saying items out for delivery - but no items received.
Don't think payment has been taken though, but cannot remember how I paid, and my confirmation emails do not tell me how i paid either!
Website down now, just worried about my personal and bank details..

I also appear to have had the same problem as everybody else. Firstly an out of stock e-mailed, followed by a further e-mail with 2 hour delivery slot and no date!! The concern is that this chap now has our bank details, although no money appears to have been taken at the moment. Has anybody contacted Trading Standards?

Since they clearly aren't responding to emails or complants and have cowardly shut down their website, may I recommend you contact their director Graham Harris directly.

I can only but echo what everyone else has written.
It makes you feel like they are just harvesting people's bank details or something like that.
Not happy at all, one second my book was ordered and paid for the next was out of stock (this was after it was supposed to have picked and packaged up), them the very next day was in stock and sent awaiting courier to contact to arrange delivery.
Total waste of time

Just like all the other reviews I placed my order over a week ago for Saturday delivery and got an email saying it was awaiting dispatch and a driver would call me an hour before delivery. There was no date to say what day the delivery would be and I have not received my order. I tried to contact them via the website which is now “down for maintenance”, sent an email to support and have had no response at all.

Left feeling very dissapointed and very cheated. Avoid this company completely.

I ordered 3 books and heard nothing. Checked online to find my order was cancelled. Stupidly assumed I had not done something I reordered the same 3 books. I've since had 2 emails staying my books are to be delivered but with no date on. Needless to say I have not received anything. I will contact trading standards but not holding out much hope. If you are a genuine company then some form of contact would be appreciated and if you are not then I hope you can live with yourselves. I will be closing the card account used so they can't access any more money.

DO NOT ORDER - The same as everyone else: Book doesn't arrive and you receive a fake email stating your book is out for delivery (date missing). Website now 'down for maintenence' *SCAM*
