We believe that Clients should be offered the best Surveying advice through clear and detailed reports and documents. The services should be provided in a timely manner and for a fee that fairly reflects the professional work involved and the experience that is needed for the task at hand. Clients should always be given a clearly written quotation setting-out what is included in the costs, and wherever possible the fees should be quoted on a fixed basis. Providing professional advice is more than just the detail in the written report, we believe that its about the way we conduct ourselves professionally when we meet/visit a property and the 'back-of-house' administration and general assistance that we give. This all applies throughout our services: from mediation services; expert reports; boundary advice; building defect reports; party wall surveyor advice and Awards. 2023 became our 20th year providing Surveying Services to the local community. We've always been a family based business (set-up in 2003), and offer a personal approach that remains professional, accessible and engaging. We are committed to this approach - here's to the next 20 years - during which time we can continue to serve our community the only way we know.

Quick and efficient service
I needed some plans drawn up for submission to Land Registry for the potential sale of some of my land to a neighbour. PBSC supplied these (without requiring a site visit) in just over two weeks after I sent my request. Very happy.

PBSC, a professional, courteous and knowledgeable service. Methodical and Empathetic.
I found PBSC - Chartered Surveyors not only to be very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, but also, and very important for me, to be empathetic. They were tasked with a job to independently review and provide expert opinion on work already carried out by a neighbour, and naturally a sensitive matter. What i particularly liked about Mark was his ability to be human. We didn't feel like just another appointment, Mark actually took the time to understand the stress and frustration i was in. Mark also worked diligently to ensure all the information collected was there.
PBSC were very professional, and were very clear on next steps and what to expect in all of their communications, and delivered in a timely manner. I am very happy with the service from Mark and PBSC.
