Great communication throughout.
Report was nice and clear, especially for myself as a first time buyer. All the photos were helpful too, as showed us things we didn’t notice when we viewed the property.
Nice and easy process and also didn’t wait long for the report. I would definitely recommended Lawsons Surveying. They also didn’t pressure you to book like some others do which made me want to book with them even more.

The survey was done very promptly and was extremely thorough even for a lower level survey.
It was nice and reassuring to use a local family run company and we have since recommended them to others.

Dan focused on what genuinely mattered without getting bogged down in trivial or inconsequential details, which we really appreciated as buyers. A significant issue was identified early, allowing us to bring in an engineer and contractor to resolve it promptly. Communication was good, with Dan responding promptly to our followup questions after the survey. Overall, a professional, sensible, and reassuring experience.
