Good product. Professional service

The staff are very helpful and very polite and very honest,which to me is the best selling point. Christie was fantastic. The products I bought were the block magic,the Xtreme clean and the silk sealer,which I haven't used yet. The products I have used are fantastic does exactly what it says on the tin cannot fault it,well worth the money,and the delivery was on time and very helpful.

Also the Smartseal sealant for imprinted concrete is really good quality. Better than the ones we have used previously. Drive is 25+ yrs old and looks fab now!

I rang Smartseal seeking advice regarding a sealer for limestone cobbles, I spoke to George who showed super knowledge and and advice on what I needed, I got a sample of the product and I am now going to order a 5L tin of limestone sealer. George’s help was 5* for someone who had absolutely no knowledge of what was needed for the job.

I used their products for my roof and recently for my tarmac driveway. It works great, certainly worth the premium. Support is also impressive, I had a problem with a delivery which was the courier’s fault. Jake was professional, chased down the problem and had it promptly resolved . Great service from Jake and the rest of the Smartseal team.

Delivery good, concrete imprinted drive looks like new again, good finish in silk with 2 coats. Went on well with the brush supplied.

My delivery was faster than expected as I live in N Ireland. I love the product and this was my 3 rd order over a few years.

Really fast delivery.Kept up to date of order progress.Used in a test piece of 18 years old paving ,looks a lot better.

Product delivered quickly and does what it says, all for a reasonable price

Leanne was so helpful with my enquiry, working out the quantity that I would need to complete the project I am doing and also asking for the goods to be despatched to me as soon as possible.

What an amazing company, first class service from Ricky who I spoke to yesterday, he helped me immensely, working out how much product I needed to complete my red tarmac drive and placing my order for everything I needed. I had already looked on their website but the personal touch I had speaking to Ricky was best help a 68 year old woman needed.
