No care for cleanliness! 60 year old rock wool insulation was just flung through the loft hatch onto the floor below filling my house with glass fibres with all the doors open for some unknown reason.

I would like to assure you that all our technicians are fully qualified and have received comprehensive health and safety training. We have reviewed the video footage of the work conducted at your property. The footage confirms that our team only removed a small amount of rubbish from the loft, amounting to half a bag, and no old insulation was removed from the property and it clearly shows all room doors shut. We have also used carpet protectors all over the landing, Stairs and the entrance.
Regarding your concern about the spread of fibreglass dust, our standard procedure includes taking necessary precautions to minimize any mess and ensure the safety of our clients' homes. However, we understand that you experienced an issue with dust spreading and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
As part of our compliance protocols, our team needs to inspect and photograph all rooms and take measurements of the house. This is to ensure that we meet all regulatory requirements and provide the best service possible.

First class experience from start to finish.We came across Smart Energie Ltd purely by chance having been messed about a few times.Barbara their admin contacted us for a little information and set the ball rolling.Within a few days we had a date and time booked to have work done completely free under the government`s Great British Insulation Scheme.The loft was insulated by Asad with the help of Vejay who installed trickle vents in the windows for us...Both operatives were very friendly and did a truly magnificent job for us...Both myself and my wife would like to say a big, big thank you to Barbara,Asad and Vejay for the professional way they conducted their business.We would certainly award them more than 5 stars if it was possible.Many thanks to a great team.Highly recommended.

This company recently came to my house
This company recently came to my house, they gave me cavity wall insulation, window ventilation and fans for my bathroom and kitchen, The guy who did the cavity wall insulation was fine, he tidied up when he had finished but the two guys who came into my house to do the windows and fans didn't clean up after themselves, They left dust and bits of plastic for me to clean up .

Inder and the guys came out surveyed…
Inder and the guys came out surveyed the property and a week later they were in doing all the work that had been agreed. The lads we very efficient they cleaned up all the mess and took away all the old loft insulation and the old boiler can't fault them.
