Purely amazing service.
Alex Hall recommended SBS as he's also installing the products.
SBS CS have been respectful and took care of everything for our Givenergy 9.5kwh gen 3 battery. Paid the deposit. Got in touch with Alex to arrange the installation date as our work schedule is crazy and finish very late but he was flexible with our needs.
Got it installed in less than 10 minutes, SBS took care of the system remotely setting up the battery as master and recalibrate all our batteries.
Next day, everything up and running as expected and follow up message from the team in the WhatsApp SBS group with no ghosting whatsoever.

The technical support team carried out a thorough investigation and detailed troubleshooting of the battery, followed by a comprehensive in-depth report outlining their findings and recommendations. The report was clear, informative, and provided valuable technical insight into the system and the available options.
We were able to present the findings to the client and discuss the recommended next steps and further options. Following this, GivEnergy also provided us with a quotation for an additional new battery. The quotation has now been accepted by the client, and the installation is ready to proceed.

Alex was very helpful with his advice and answered all the questions I had. Once I placed order a very fast and efficient service. I had a problem with my Givenergy battery. My installer was dragging their heels over it, so I tried reaching out to SBS. I got a reply in the morning of the following day and in the afternoon, one of their technicians had reprogrammed my battery to make it work as intended. Amazing service and expertise.

The emails were slow - Alessandro would send one, I’d reply then not hear anything for a few days but I got through and then everything was great, including really speedy service to fit my additional battery. Alex and Rob stayed to ensure the firmware was working correctly and Jacob looked after the calibration. Many thanks, well pleased in the end
