They arrived when they said they would, did the work in the period advised, and left the site clean and tidy, in spite of the huge amount of disruption required during the works. A small job turned into a big job, but the whole thing was clearly explained to us, along with options, and an awareness of what a disruption the works were to our lives for nearly 3 weeks.
