If I could give 0 stars I would. I have no words. The company is poor, the bed is poor, the coustmer service... well whats that ? Learn from me and all the other 1 star ratings, save the time, and pain, do not buy from here. Trust, trustpilot but not Sloomy.

i wish i came on here and read the review's,
i brought a bed through Debenhams and i thought it was coming through them but it came from sloomy, Debenhams they didn't help with any of issues that I'm having with sloomy, i brought a bed and the mattress was incorrect, the one they sent was awful had about 12 springs in it [it was a double], i ordered a memory foam one . i wanted the mattress i paid for but after 2 weeks they never sorted it, so i brought another bed else where, 45 days I've been waiting for them to collect the bed and return my money..
not sure how long this will go on for

Bought the super king Texas divan bed. The coasters are plastic one broke as I was putting it on by hand and the connectors to join the two halves together were mus aligned and snapped off under its own weight. Guide hole stickers must of been put on by stevie wonder because no where near where they should be

Firstly, colour was sold as Navy but is actually more an aqua light blue.
Secondly, most importantly, got delivered the same divan base so cannot hook together and therefore unable to use. Customer service number no answer, goes to to giff gaff voicemail . Their office is not open Saturday and Sunday. Not a serious or reputable company as per my examples given above.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!! Divan bed set never delivered, messed me about with delivery, offering delivery over a week after it should have been delivered, then wanted to deliver me a single white bed when I ordered a double grey bed, ordered through B&Q who were told they have cancelled my order because I changed my mind?? No, I wanted the bed I chose and paid for. Rubbish customer service, no idea of customer satisfaction or business sense. An absolute joke of a company, luckily I purchased through B&Q or probably would never have received my refund. Buyers beware….. too many of the same rubbish reviews for this company which speaks volumes.

Purchased a divan from these which never came. Crap customer service, non existent tracking number, got refund in the end from b and q who used them as a verified seller !
STAY AWAY.
Check the positive reviews of this company and notice the pattern of names.

Had a fantastic experience with sloomy, manager was very helpful and went out of his way to assist me when I came in to purchase a new bed and mattress. The products they have to offer are like no other and very comfortable me and my wife can’t complain. Thank you very much to the team and I would highly recommend this company for all your bedroom needs.

Fantastic and good quality bed cannot fault Sloomy. The person I spoke to was fantastic. I believe his name was Sultan. He was fantastic and very helpful awnsered all my questions perfectly.

Got my ottoman bed from really good quality and the mattress was exactly what I wanted.

I’ve had the bed for nearly 2 weeks now and I couldn’t be happier. Needed an upgrade and the customer service team was very helpful in answering my questions before I placed my order. The delivery service was great as-well since I was notified a couple days before of my delivery time slot so I could make sure I was home for the delivery. Overall, my experience has been wonderful and I would absolutely recommend Sloomy to others.

Sloomy’s customer service was fantastic. They were kind, quick to respond, and really helpful with everything I needed. It made the whole experience smooth and easy. Great job!

Perfect bed, wasnt sure at first but glad I made the purchase! Quick and easy, efficient customer service and great quality!

Appalling Customer Service. Waited over 4wks, delivery date given. Waited all day, no delivery. They have no out of hours contact. Called to find out problem, was told damaged in transit. Want to re deliver on an unsuitable day, cannot do anything to change this yet originally delivery was a weekend and now it’s not! No compassion, that or nothing. I cancelled order and requested refund. They didn’t seem to care, oh ok thank you!! Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere.

Cheap for a reason, leaking oil from the strut, headboard is so flimsy that we have bought another full height one. Delivery's turned up with one driver and had to help unload to save damaging the bed. Not a good experience never again.

I found the website online and seen that Sloomy did a deal on a superking bed set with mattress.

I shopped around and found Sloomy were the best deal. I left a message to them when I purchased the items to upgrade the superking mattress and pay what the price difference would be. After a couple of days, I recieved a phone call from Sloomy and a text advising of the price and how to make the purchase of the upgraded mattress. This was very simple and straight forward and I was sent a confirmation email after the purchase confirming the changes and that the website would not reflect the change but it has been completed.

After a couple more days, I sent a query in reference to the delivery and I got a phone call back advising the items would be delivered on the weekend. 7 days after I placed my order.

On the delivery day I was given an estimated time frame and called with updates on the time frame. The estimate time frame was 0800 and 1200 and the delivery arrived around 1400. The deliveryman were very polite and placed all the items in my hallway as I requested and they were carful not to mark or damage the bed or mattress.

As for the superking Berlin Divan Bed I ordered its brilliant quality, lovely colour and easy to assemble the 2 x divan bases and headboard and bottom board. The original mattress which I chose to upgrade from the superking chelsea mattress to the superking Cashmere 2000, well what can I say, Wow what a mattress, so big, comfy, smooth and i must say my first night sleep on the bed felt amazing!

I felt like i slept alone and lost my wife as she seemed so far away from me on the superking mattress! I could not feel any movement from her during the night on my side of the bed.

So overall on purchase, communication and customer service, delivery and product im scoring 5 out of 5 and I would recommend Sloomy and their products to friends and family.

Worst customer experience I have ever had - a company who does NOT do the right thing - please avoid and go elsewhere.
