Faulty bed delivered an hassle to get refund
I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I have experienced. After receiving the bed and identifying a clear issue (loose metal inside the base), I contacted the company immediately and provided multiple photographs as requested, including all four corners and both labels.
Despite supplying what I believe to be adequate proof, I have repeatedly been asked for additional evidence, including a full video and requests to unwrap or assemble the item — which I am understandably reluctant to do due to the suspected fault and concern about causing further damage.
The process has felt unnecessarily awkward and drawn out, especially when I have been cooperative and responsive throughout.
I am still awaiting my refund, and the situation remains unresolved. A refund should not require this level of back-and-forth once reasonable evidence has been provided.
Overall, the experience has been frustrating and unsatisfactory. I would not expect this level of difficulty when trying to resolve a faulty item issue.

Ordered 2 mattresses. Ordered wrong size for 1 , very prompt reply to return request and collection confirmed quickly extremely efficient service. Other mattress looks great quality.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
Ordered a bed through Debenhams on Saturday. Received an email today to say my order has been cancelled, apparently because they don't deliver to Highlands. I don't live in the Highlands!! Absolutely diabolical service. Take your money upfront but now I have to wait for a refund so I can order from a decent company.

What a brilliant company. I wish all companies were like them. The mattress was delivered on time by Somnior and was of an excellent quality, but unfortunately I had ordered the wrong depth mattress. Somnior customer service, were brilliant with me and sorted the problem immediately. They were so kind and considerate to me and i would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will definitely be buying from them again.

The customer service is spot on. I needed to return a mattress as I had not realised I’d ordered the wrong size, and from their initial email and request for photos to the processing of the refund the help provided was excellent.
It was collected 2 days after sending in photos and the refund processed as soon as it was collected.
