This was a good company to deal with. UNTILL I had an issue. I ordered a part from them over 2 months ago. Tracking shows it was delivered 11/27/17 (It's now 1/10/18 by the way). They have refused to resolve the issue. I have not received a replacement item, or a refund. The only good part about their customer service is, well,, guess there's not anything good.

So,at this point and time, I feel compelled to share my experience. Being a new slingshot owner, I was pumped to go to town on customizing my new ride. I ordered a 1320 header and exhaust combo from another company as well as a cold air intake, which were a breeze to install. This site was recommended to me through a slingshot owners page on facebook, so I thought I'd give them a try and I ordered the 2nd generation SSV works pods and SSV works speakers. I got the pods in the mail like 3 days later, then patiently waited for the speakers.... It was quiet for the next 5 days....no speakers, no calls or emails from Slingmods.com. On day 5, I email them and was like hey, whats going on..... I got a call from a guy named Chris the next day and he said "oh, they were out of stock, or back ordered, I'll upgrade you to the kickers free of charge which was a $5 difference in price. (That should have been a big red flag, normally when you are out of something, you tell the customer that and put out the fire before it starts). I was like, ok, cool, thanks Chris. I got the speakers in 4 days later. This morning, I remove and disconnected my old pods and then go inside and start mounting all the brackets. On the last bracket, the holes were not threaded, so an hour later, I cant even use these pods. I'm now on 2 weeks trying to get these things right, and now I'm sure I'm going to waste more time, disassembling them, repacking them and sending them back because they cant be used. This was my 1st and only transaction with this company. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed with this and i have done engine rebuilds that have been a smoother process than doing this armature 2 speaker install. Now I'm Off to tap out 1/4" x 28 on this pod. It's not that big of a deal, but if you are someone who doesn't do this kind of stuff on the regular, I'd look elsewhere.

When your buying anything you want to know that it is backed by the best people in the industry. These guys go beyond to make sure your happy . They are informative, helpful and just great people!

SlingMods, you guys are great and offer just about everything under the sun for our Slingshots. I wish you guys would post all honest reviews so the customer could really know what they are buying. You refused to post my nightmare with Neutrino Black Box review with pictures provided, and recently my Twist Dynamics Gull Wing Top review that was a gift from my wife that had several flaws that I didn't even bother to post pics because I knew you wouldn't post. Your customers have the right to know that not everything is as perfect as you project them to be. Thanks

Products usually do not come with instructions and customer service representatives speak to you as if you are dumb because you ask for instructions. They are liars and shipment sucks. Will not do business with them again.

Slingmods keeps bringing in great accessories for the Slingshot and since I can afford it, try to buy everything I can to load up on my Slingshot and Slingmods has always sent my orders out very fast and the orders are accurate. Only had one issue with an item that did not work properly, and Slingmods rushed out a replacement part ASAP. I am running out of space for add ons so may have to purchase another Slingshot to keep putting great stuff on. I highly recommend Slingmods.

Great product the floor mats in black for my 2016 Slingshot. The stamps to keep from sliding on driver side were missing on original shipment. Just one quick no hassle call straps were on their way. Great customer service thank you for a pleasant experience without any run around. Great product and fast shipping.

I have been dealing with SlingMods for about 9 months now. They are a fantastic company to work with. They are always getting more products for us that help to make the slingshot more fun and exciting. ! They also go out of there way to be of assistance if you ever have any issues with any of there products . They test the products themselves and even if they have them on there website if they discover issues with them they will no longer sell them. I highly recommend them !!!

Easy to install. Instructions are very informative. These angle eyes are a head turner.

I've placed four orders with Slingmods and on each order I received the package on the promised date. The prices are fair, the quality of the parts is excellent, and the product selection is second to none.

Both of the parts ordered were as they were described. The exhaust shield was very easy to install that required about 3 minutes to complete. The LED Halo lights were also very good. The install process was a little more time consuming but the after effect was very pleasing. The lights are very bright during the day and especially at night.

Prousucts just as described. Look Great. Had Freedom Power Sports in ATL install them did a great job. 1 day service. Very pleased!!!

I purchased a cold air filter system, a valve cover, a coil pack cover, custom floor mats, and speaker grills to dress up my nuclear orange sunset Polaris Slingshot. Every product installed easily - total time for all mods - working carefully and with precision took less than 4 hours. Color match was better than expected and gets a WOW! Exclamation when I pop the hood. Slingmods can be trusted to provide excellent products.

Not only are they first with accessories for my Slingshot, their prices are in line and shipping is always fast and packages usually arrive ahead of schedule. I'll continue to watch for new product updates to maximize my Slingshot experience!

Customer service is great. Josh and John are really good at what they do. The products aren't so great however. Some of it is good cool products but nothing is great. I am a dealer and I don't stock any item. None of it is good enough to stock and not much of a margin. But they do offer a tremendous amount of product and are the only ones doing so! So lots of product and good customer service I would give two thumbs up! thanks guys

It's getting to be the common experience of a company with either poor, or nonexistent customer service. Slingmods definitely DOES NOT fit in that category!!! I had an issue with a couple of ballasts on an HID light kit I purchased from them, and they stepped up to the bat and fixed all issues I had with the kit. It's sad that they are the exception to the rule. But I'm glad to do business with them, and I will in the future, as well as recommend the to whoever asks!
