I called to get help with sizing. Peter was VERY nice and HELPFUL. Also, very patient with me as I had to call back a second time and asked more questions. Then he actually called me the next day to clarify something that he told me that was not what he told me the day before which I appreciate it very much he was very accommodating. I have not used the product yet, but plan on using it to go to Sturgis. Based on his recommendation, the product fits my seat perfectly and I can’t wait to use it. Just based on customer service, this has been a great experience so far.

Ordering and delivery very easy and quick. Product rating maybe 2 stars out of 5. I took this on a 10 day ride through the Himalayas where we put in 8 to 10hrs of seat time everyday. Lost it on the 4th day. It didn’t really make a difference. Maybe it works for the one or two hour a day rider. It fit well and the Velcro straps and hooks worked well. It eventually fell off on the rough gravel/rock roads we were on. So 4 days with it and 6 days without it. No difference.

I liked that you could check what size you needed based on your bike, that made it easier to decide which one to order. Once ordered, I received multiple updates on order status and shipping. It arrived quickly as well! Now I will have a chance to try it/break it in before our lo g trip from Massachusetts to Tennessee!

First off, the customer service is top notch..I was kept in the loop, through the whole process, even told me it arrived before my alert from the carrier..now having said that, this is a supplemental aid, with a good seat..i have a ultimate seat i put to the test on a 600mil ride and it needed a little help, I riden 200 miles with the butt buffer on the seat and feels good, so with a good seat this pushes it to the finish line for sure..definitely worth the price

Amazing Customer Service! From clicking 'buy' to receiving a tracking number was about 45 minutes (phenomenal), and every step of the process was also noted with an email explaining the step.

The Butt Buffer itself is nothing short of a miracle. I just bought a new (to me) bike, and the stock seat was causing me quite a bit of pain, essentially I couldn't ride more than about 30 minutes without being incredibly uncomfortable. After attaching the unit to my bike, which took roughly 45 seconds using the attached hooks, I jumped on my bike for a 2+ hour ride, and I never experienced ANY discomfort or pain. I'm astounded, and couldn't be more pleased.

NOTE: I purchased the Medium Pebble Polymer unit.

All in all, an excellent purchase from a fantastic company. I will not hesitate to purchase another, and I will continue to recommend them.
