It was simple to follow, not intrusive and it works. I had to reduce my sleeping hours to begin with so that I was properly tired before trying to sleep. Then they worked out a sleep plan for me. Well worth doing.

I was in a very desperate place with my sleep and it was affecting every part of my life. I heard about sleepstation through my best friend who had a really positive experience. I realised that my chronic pain, digestive troubles and anxiety were all through sleep deprivation. Within 3 weeks I started to see some improvements. The coaching, the resources, personalised check ins were all really helpful. It’s a really important service and I have learned so much about myself doing the course. The Sleepstation programme has been a brilliant support to me when I needed it most. My sleep had been terrible for 3 months and I was in a terribly negative cycle of anxiety about not sleeping which made consistent sleep feel completely unachievable. The structure and resources provided by Sleepstation helped give me a plan and hope when I needed it most and, whilst very challenging at first, the sleep reduction therapy soon helped me get back sleeping again and this quickly eased my anxiety and helped me feel more in control which, in turn, increased my confidence in my ability to sleep. It sounds such a cliche but, seven weeks on, I genuinely feel like a different person, with so much more energy and positivity. I cannot recommend Sleepstation highly enough. Commit to it and stick with the programme and hopefully you will benefit as much as I have.

Disappointed. My sleep pattern has only marginally improved from 78% to 83%. I still wake three / four times each week despite sticking to the plan I was given.
As I live in an area which the NHS scheme did not cover I had to pay £250 to access the course.

After six weeks, I am beginning to see improvements to my sleep, although I have not yet reached where I want to be. Consistency and persistence are key. I have found the process quite difficult, but I'm sure it will prove to be worth it. This is not a quick fix. One of the best things about the course is the access to sleep coaches. Everyone is different and no doubt has different problems, so it is incredibly useful to be able to ask for individual help. I had never suffered from insomnia until last October, but I hope what I have learned on this course will help to prevent a recurrence.

I have always had episodes in my life of not sleeping and at a recent checkup with my GP I casually mentioned I was sleeping really badly. She asked me if I would like to go on a sleep programme. I didn’t know what to expect but I have found great support and encouragement from my sleep therapists, the videos and coping strategies.
Yes I found it hard getting up in the night for a short while when I couldn’t sleep also keeping to a regular get up time and to stop worrying about everything.
I would 100% recommend Sleepstation to anyone with sleep problems, it will be a life changer

I had been having sleep problems for several years and was contemplating sleeping tablets as a last resort. I'm so glad that I was advised to try the Sleepstation programme as from the very first session, I was given tailored advice which immediately started to improve my sleeping. Each week my sleeping habits were monitored and further advice given. Over a year on, my sleeping is great. I don't even think about it. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sleepstation to anyone struggling to sleep.

I was referred to Sleepstation by my GP as I had tried everything going!
I followed the program, read all the pdfs, watched the videos, experimented with the suggested techniques and completed daily dairies. It wasn’t always easy, as the suggested bed times and getting up times were quite difficult to begin with, but as the weeks have gone by and the program has changed, I am now sleeping all night for the first time in years. I even struggled to get to sleep but this has also been resolved. I might have the odd night that doesn’t go to plan but now I know how to deal with it, all this has helped with my working day, my social life and more importantly the way I feel about myself. The support has been invaluable and I’m very grateful for all the help I’ve been given,

I was referred to Sleepstation after suffering from insomnia for many, many years. I had tried all the herbal remedies going, mild sleeping tablets, mindfulness programmes and nothing worked.
The Sleepstation programme was not easy but I was supported all the way by a sleep therapist and I am now enjoying unbroken nights sleep. I feel so much better!

Sleepstation has very good informative resources you can use to supplement the support you get from the tutors. They have helped to improve my sleep, particularly in the area of settling off to sleep. You are given useful strategies to use to aid sleep, and get you back to sleep should you wake. Although personally I am not sleeping right through the night, I am feeling positive that things are going to improve further. You are able to get further personal support should you require it. Having had many years of problems with insomnia and having,as I thought, tried everything, I was doubtful that the course could help. For me, following the course's recommendations for behavioural change have resolved the issue completely and I am relieved and delighted. It was tough sticking to the very clear advice the course gave me, based specifically on the information I supplied, but it definitely worked. The course encompasses the many different issues which can interfere with sleep and offers useful techniques to deal with each.Very effective, and presented in a way that is easy to understand.

I found my experience of Sleepstaion to be very positive and at the end of the programme I have seen a vast improvement in my sleeping habits. I found the app really easy to use from loggin my sleep records, the resources provided and the advice and support provided. I was initially quite sceptical about reducing my sleeping hours and getting up at the same time each day but by the end of the second week I was beginning to see some slight improvement. The relaxation techniques and visualisations techniques have been so helpful and I know I will continue with them on the next stage of my journey. I really would recommend to anyone who is struggling to sleep.

Sceptical at first as I had tried so many ways to help with my lack of sleep. Sleepstation gives you lots of choices and ideas to help. The diaries, your personal schedule and resources really help you to cope. Your sleep schedule can be tough but stick with it , it does help and make you rethink the way you sleep. I was referred to Sleepstation by my GP. Initial reservations were on my part but found the information helpful and all in one place. Some days I did find it difficult to complete diaries because of lack of sleep. I have a house to run you still have to live a life. Doing diaries does make you stop and think. It is a structured plan with ideas I had not thought of and honest feedback from them good or bad assisted me. Their support was good. I am more confident in discussing sleep issues as a result of their help and I will use what I have learnt from them going forward.

I would not rrecommend this programme overall, especially if you can not get it on the NHS.
I understand all the strategies and how they work to improve sleep, but my sleep was, and still is chronic averaging 4.5 hours per night. I did not improve dispite whatever data they tried throw at me to show it had. All the techniques can be found on line and in books available at a fraction of the price. But I was so desperate I thought I would try it, knowing that the initial outlay would make me complete the course.
While I understand we are all different and some things work for some and not for others it did not work for me.
I was exhausted when I started the course and even more exhausted when I finished. Now I have started taking a nap later in the morning for an hour and feel so much better.
The most frustrating aspect to the course were the replies from advisors to online questions I posed, who would never answer a question directly but gave a very vague comment instead. I did wonder if they werre real people or AI.
For example as I am a lark by nature I am happy to go to bed early and wake up early. When advised to go to bed later and I asked why, the reply was "to consolidate" my sleep. What does that actually mean?
Try absolutely everything before you try this .
