Please accept our apologies for the issues encountered with the delivery of your order.
As mentioned in correspondence previously, we opened an investigation into the delivery through our delivery partner DPD on the 7th September. As mentioned an investigation can take up to six working days to be completed. We also emailed you on the 9th September regarding refunding your delivery charges as a goodwill gesture.
I have checked the tracking again this afternoon, and it is showing that your parcel has been delivered at 11:43pm.
Once again please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused with the delivery of your parcel.

Ordered a tie and it was apparently out of stock. I was not notified until i emailed asking where my delivery was as it was out of the expected delivery window i was given.

Please accept our apologies for the order being cancelled due to a stock discrepancy.
I have checked the order, and I can confirm that at the time it was placed our stock system was showing the tie as available, however when our warehouse staff have then gone to source the item from our branches, they were unable to do so due to a discrepancy on the stock system, and therefore they had to cancel the order.
I have requested that this tie be removed from our website, to prevent this issue occurring again in the future.
Once again, please accept our apologies that it took so long to inform you, I can assure you that this is not indicative of the level of service that we expect for our customers.
