Sarah was excellent when I visited with my son this morning. We explained we had Farrah trousers but needed a jacket to match. She was friendly and explained the reasons why this was not possible and asked if we'd like to see some other suits. We described what we were looking for and Sarah immediately pulled some suits from the rails. My son picked the colour and style he liked and Sarah took us across to the changing room.
Sarah was also dealing with another family which we were unaware of to this point. She efficiently dealt with both parties with expert attention and knowledge. Seeing the suit on my son Sarah suggested he needed a slightly different fit which fitted perfectly.
Sarah asked if we needed anything else, for example, ties and then explained the racks and the '30% off' bins. She then took the suit to the till for us while we chose a tie.
Other staff seemed happy in their work, acknowledging us as we passed in the shop, and service by Jenny W at the till was friendly and efficient.

Ordering, delivery and quality of products was 100%

Good quality ties arrived in time for my wedding.

The only concern we had was that there needs to be a paid option if you want a faster delivery. My groomsmen ordered his tie from the site, and the only option was Royal Mail.

Royal Mail bungled the delivery, and we almost didn't get it as they delivered to the wrong house, and the tracking didn't update. Thankfully, our neighbour brought it over the day before the wedding.

That's not on Slater, that's a Royal Mail issue. But the option to have a paid-for next-day service would have helped.

This is a the 2nd time we’ve used Slaters for wedding and prom suits and I honestly can’t fault them. Plenty of choice, attentive service, good value and an overall really pleasant experience.
Massive shout out to Natalie at the Manchester store - she looked after us so well and helped our son feel confident in in his choices (which were hers, but that’s the skill of an excellent salesperson!)
